Great
Pros:

My boyfriend, I only stayed one night to go to the concert, but it was very relaxing very pleasant. The room were excellent. The service was excellent and the food for breakfast was amazing.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly always asking how my stay was going
hotels clean always smell-good staff was always cleaning outside pool clean
If I had to point out one thing inside pool needs fresh paint outside could use some fresh paint too

Destin stay
Pros:

You can walk across the street to the beach. Walmart is next to the hotel and so many other shops and restaurants. A very friendly staff and free breakfast. Good parking and free as well. There is an indoor and outdoor pool.

Terrible experience
Pros:

Unfortunately, my most recent stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Destin, FL was very lack luster. The front desk staff do not exercise good customer service. If you are greeted at all, you are met with attitude for asking simple questions. If you call the front desk at any time, they will pick up and leave you on hold then hang up on you multiple times. The housekeepers only replaced towels, did not make up beds, did not sweep the bathroom, did not clean the shower. Staying at this hotel with this specific staff in place felt like I was staying at a motel 6. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Near several restaurants and bars in walking distance. Great location. Nice gym and indoor and outdoor pool. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and professional.

Relaxing, comfortable and clean
Pros:

The person at the front desk was Abel to get us a room before check in time. She was so nice and offered that he help ourselves with the breakfast as a room was being prepared.
