Beautiful property and setting, but the overall experience fell a little short of expectations.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, with beautiful views. The rooms are quirky, comfortable and full of character, while the dining area and chapel are particularly impressive. I would happily return to this property just for a meal, as I found the food both delicious and really interesting. Overall, it’s a lovely place with a unique atmosphere and plenty of charm.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I felt a little let down by my stay, particularly as the previous reviews had set my expectations quite high.

I arrived around 15 minutes before the official 3pm check-in time and didn’t feel particularly welcomed. I appreciate that the room wasn’t ready, but when I asked whether we could have a drink or a snack by the pool while we waited, it seemed to be more of an inconvenience than something the team could accommodate.

There were also a few issues with the room. The shower head wasn’t working properly and the fridge was very noisy, so much so that I unplugged it during the night. More generally, I found the service to be quite hands-off and often had to go looking for staff when I needed something.

The biggest disappointment for me, however, was the noise from the staff. This is such a beautiful and peaceful setting, and I felt that the atmosphere was unfortunately disrupted by the team themselves. Before dinner service, staff were sitting on the terrace having their pre-service meal which I am all for but they were talking quite loudly, and the chef was having a loud video call. Throughout the evening, we could also hear staff calling to each other in the kitchen and speaking loudly. Coming from a hospitality background myself, I found this particularly noticeable and felt that it took away from what should have been a very tranquil experience.

Breakfast was fairly average and didn’t offer anything particularly memorable. The pool area was also a little disappointing, although still perfectly adequate. I had to remove quite a few wasps from the pool so that my daughter could swim comfortably.

The property itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location, lovely views and lots of character, and I really enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Perhaps I simply had very high expectations after reading such positive reviews, but overall I left feeling that the experience didn’t quite live up to the potential of the property.

Pros:

Food in the restaurant was very good, breakfast was excellent, Room was comfortable and clean. Receptionist Anneliu was brilliant, without her it could have been a very different holiday, she had to do everything even though she was only there for two days.

Cons:

Lack of option for any bar snacks or food during the day, lack of visible staff during the day. Pool area dirty and unkempt. No manager on site to help receptionist with important decisions relating to what to do in an emergency which we had ie: Hurricane, no power, no water, no food, no back up generator. No tourist information from staff including nothing tangible in the room regarding anything at all (Anneliu not on duty, she seemed to have to deal with everything when she was) no information relating to taxi problems, big problems, very little understanding of basic English, no offer to help find a taxi when we were stranded unable to get back to the hotel despite three calls to the hotel. Rooms not cleaned every day, bed sheets one day not for the rest of the holiday, distinct lack of warmth and welcome once Anneliu had gone from other staff. We felt we were imposing if we asked for anything.

Restful mountain retreat with spectacular service and gorgeous breakfast.
Pros:

We came for our honeymoon and it was the perfect spot to rest and recover! The view is spectacular, the breakfast was exceptional. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean, plenty of spaces to sit and read or lounge by the pool. Very highly recommend staying here. (Definitely rent a car, as it's a bit remote and there's a lovely village nearby that you'll want to visit.)

I loved everything!

Кофемашина в номере должна быть для такого уровня отеля
Pros:

Оставляю самый честный отзыв. Место очень красивое, живописное, умиротворяющее. Номера красивые , просторные, необычные. Невероятные закаты и рассветы. Место обязательно стоит посетить, но учесть тот факт, что оно находится оооочень далеко до цивилизации. Без машины- не реально, на такси уходит космос чтобы добраться к какой либо локации. Я была без машины, потому было немного проблематично и дорого в добирании. Вкусный завтрак, достаточно хороший ассортимент. Мне не хватило в номере кофе/ чая. Нет ничего кроме воды. Я спустилась около 7 утра на ресепшен, так как люблю пить кофе по пробуждению, с просьбой к персоналу налить кофе ( внизу есть автомат). Ответ был нет, завтрак с 8:00. Говорю, что хочу кофе сейчас, на что девушка, которая накрывала завтрак неприятно закатила глаза вверх. Я бы добавила опцию кофемашины в номере, если для персонала налить чашку кофе до 8:00 проблематично

Cons:

Осы на завтраке не дают покоя. Они просто роем налетают в тарелку и на тебя. Персонал пробует с ними бороться, но их чрезмерно много и все хотят в вашу тарелку

Sehr schön und einladend sehr nettes Personal, man wird nicht enttäuscht.
Pros:

Wer eine kleine ruhige abgelegene Unterkunft sucht, mit einem tollen Restaurant ist hier richtig.

Cons:

Vermute das Problem gab es nur in unserem Zimmer, aber die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert, was bei 36 grad echt heftig ist.

A charming hotel in a secluded setting, with wonderful views comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel on my first night in Mallorca and was delighted to discover such a little gem. Tucked away in the hills the hotel has a real sense of charm. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and thoughtfully presented, while the staff are welcoming and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would certainly return.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, with outstanding food quality. Everything was beautifully presented and served.

Cons:

One evening, we had dinner at the restaurant, which is truly beautiful. The food was very tasty and of excellent quality. However, we had to wait far too long for our food. The restaurant was completely full, which we understand, but overall the waiting time was simply too long. It was quite obvious that there were not enough staff.

I was also not particularly impressed with the swimming pool. One day, pool light fell into the pool. We were told that there was no need to worry and that everything was fine, but I did not feel comfortable about it, especially with my five-year-old daughter.

Lokalizacja, sam design też bardzo spójny. Widać że obiekt jest ładnie odnowiony

Cons:

Bardzo nierówna obsługa. W dniu przyjazdu trochę chyba przeszkadzaliśmy. Oprocz pokazania restauracji i pokoju zero informacji. W recepcji praktycznie nigdy nikogo nie było. Wyjątkiem była przemiła Pani - chyba właścicielka - która postarała się dla nas i herbatę. Czyli obiekt z super potencjałem ale obsługa w porównaniu z innymi miejscami na wyspie musi trochę popracować
