Busted hotel with construction we didn't feel safe didn't stay

Nothing. We did not even stay one night and I'd like a full refund. There was trash, busted elevators, rooms were not cleaned and also debris in hallways. Very dark and gloomy. We drove all that way for a lie. The website looks nice but this place was disgusting and all though the staff was ...decent at check in they were rude when we needed help as well so please don't ever stay here. People were screaming and the maintenance guy was rushing everyone around. Terrible vibes. Need a refund asap did I mention that.

Complete Oceanfront was great

Parking was trouble. Down to the underground garage was trouble and there wasn't no handicap parking. The area need to be better and clean up

Didn’t stay. Was turned away.

Cons:

It was a scam. The manager openly said she would reject people from booking.com, someone came down and complained while we were there about a stench in their room, everyone left unhappy. We waited for 2 hours before being told we wouldn’t be given a room. They lied about amenities, availability, and everything else under the sun. Do not waste your time or money.

Pros:

Had a lot of good places to walk to.

Cons:

I saw a roach and also the pictures didn't match the hotel. Stove didn't work or oven. Hot tub was out of order housekeeper didnt clean either. Rooms were little and balcony. Also parking is across the street.
