Pictures are very different then what it is in person we were very disappointed in the room when we walked in it was very dirty and smelled bad the balcony door was very hard to open and the balcony was very small the cook top was very dirty and had scratches the door also had scratches overall the room was very dirty a damaged i did not expect this

"A Disappointing Stay"
Pros:

The room had a nice ocean view balcony but there were a lot of missed opportunities about the room that could have been improved.

Cons:

The stove eye knobs were not put on correctly. My husband burned his hand on the stove because it had been wired wrong. This is dangerous. The floors turned the bottoms of our feet black because the floors were really dirty. The hinges were missing on the bottom of the bathroom door where it couldn't be closed. The room was described as having a full kitchen but there were no utensils in it. There isn't enough room for people to unload their luggage in the parking lot in front of the hotel.

Pros:

Easy access to the beach! Loved the lazy river!

Cons:

They were renovating and did not mention that anywhere so it was kind of a mess and a big dumpster outside so we got blocked in at check-in. Parking was also across the street and there was no mention of that either and being 8 months pregnant I would have liked that disclosed.

First bed had wet sheets. The second bed had sand in it. When we first checked in. Out dated!

Pros:

It is nice, but they should inform the customers of renovations and the weird parking.

Cons:

The kitchen sink was dirty, the floors could have been sweep and mopped properly. Lash glue on the mirror. Spot on sheets, doors could have been wiped down. No dishes were included for the kitchen. Room was expensive with no incentives. They are very stingy with the towels and rags. One rag had several a whole in it. That means it was used by customers a lot. Please invest in some new ones.
