It was in a great location the staff was nice
The pool was close and it was getting remodeled
The hotel is right on the beach. I had a room with a beach view and a nice, comfortable king bed, which was very nice. The room was nice. It had a tv, table and chairs, bathroom, and a kitchenette. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. And even on the day we checked out I asked if we could keep our car parked while we stayed at the beach a while and they allowed this, which was perfect! There were 2 elevators and so we weren't waiting long for an elevator at all. There were 2 pools and a lazy river, and a hot tub, but it wasn't working at the time. It really wasn't crowded which was nice.
The kitchenette didn't have any utensils or dishes so I went out and bought things that would be easy to eat. It wasn't until the last full day that I read the paperwork from check-in and realized that you have to ask for these things. I just feel that it should be included because food wouldve been alot different if that were the case. The hot tub didn't work which was disappointing, especially with as cold as it was at times. We had to park across the street and behind another building, which wasnt super convenient, but wasn't absolutely terrible.
Right on beach
Asked for and ocean view room to see the ocean apparently they don’t read descriptions was sold out the patio for the room we had was looking at the side of building and only big enough for one person to stand out at a time, under construction so it’s pretty messy in there
The staff was very nice and friendly, the location was great! You can tell they are trying to upgrade, and improve!
There were stains on the mattress cover, one spot looked like mold. The toilet was dirty when we arrived.
The location
It was falsely advertised on the website. The hot tub was not working, they lied about having a complimentary breakfast, and the staff smelled like weed
How close it was to the beach
They were going through renovations so my room didn’t have a remote to watch tv nor a phone to call down to the staff
NOTHING AT ALL
Everything
tv
no view like wha we paid for
They were overbooked and I was overwhelmed!!

This was my first time at Myrtle Beach. The beach was beautiful the first day. Colder the next few days of being there.
Arriving to your location was a disaster. The were dumpsters outside of the hotel. It appeared to be more of a motel. Walking inside of the hotel there where so much stuff all over the place. A lot of hazards. On every floor there were bed, plaint just mess everywhere. You had to step over things in the hallway to get to you room. The where no bedding. People had to wait for the manager to check a few in at a time then walk everyone to their rooms. The manager Shalonda had a very nasty attitude with other guess who received email that they can check in at 3 pm. She wasn't professional at all. I would not recommend this hotel. This was the worst expectation. The pictures online was very deceiving.
