Horrible .. will never come back here

Cons:

Everything was wrong .. we get there and they made us change rooms like 4 times so it took us about 3 hours to even get settled in. Then the shower was leaking in the room , we reported it and no one fixed it the whole stay.. so we had clothes and my curling iron ruined because for some reason water start leaking near our beds as well. Didn’t even get any money back from this either.

Great Stay for a Great Price
Pros:

The location of it being right on the beach. The staff members were all very polite. Our rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The shower was amazing with water pressure. The beds were comfy.

Cons:

It is under renovation, so the gym wasn't available. The hot tub wasn't working, you had to park across the street behind another hotel, and our refrigerator didn't get cold.

The size of the rooms

Cons:

The place was a mess. The hot tub didn't work. The lazy river didn't work. The breakfast area was not available. The gym was not set up. The elevators looked like jail cells. The appliances were beat up. The floors were dirty and scratched up. The walls had a lot of paint spots on them. Ican go on and on. I'm a GM for a different business and I would never let my company be presented in the fashion that this place is. Totally disappointed.

It was very nice, big rooms, good for our family of six.
Pros:

very big rooms. we had a two bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen, and a living room. we were not expecting anything this big at all!! it was great!

Cons:

i didn’t like that the bedrooms didn’t have tv’s in them.

Terrible
Pros:

How close it was to the beach.

Cons:

The shower did not drain. The next morning, we woke up and the room next to us was leaking through the wall, into our room. There was a big puddle on the floor I almost busted my ass getting out of the bed, i'm trying to request a refund.Not sure how to do that.

I would never come back here and don’t think I should’ve paid that much

Right on the beach

Cons:

Not the cleanest, towels need a better wash. They are dredging on the beach and had to walk far the get to the access. Not the right room we booked. They did remodeling but did not delete photos of old rooms/bathrooms from website
