Please note guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. If there is no member of the party over the age of 25, a NON-REFUNDABLE $55 damage protection fee is required. Please note the guest's name on the booking must match the name on the credit card used for booking. If the name does not match, the guest must contact the property directly for a credit card authorization form. Please note the guest lodging deposit will appear on guests' statement as RA Hospitality.

Please note the maximum number of pets allowed per reservation is 2. Only dogs are accepted. There is an additional $25 per dog (max 2) per day. We only allow dogs. 2 max per room. Contact the property for more information.

Housekeeping is only performed every 4 days or upon request.

Property does not allow parking for trailers, buses, boats and tractor trailers. Please note, one parking pass is permitted per reservation.

Beds were comfy.

Cons:

MOLD MOLD MOLD. We changed the first room because the smell was overpowering. The second room that we had to pay more for you could see the MOLD but it had a balcony so could air it out enough to tolerate. Other things that don't matter. Super small TV, elevator broke so 4 flights of stairs. The pictures are from the upgraded room.

First room had to move from weed smell bad in the room the next day had to move from this room the toilet broke with my brother on it no one helped with all this packing back up an moving the last room on last day door lock batteries went out had to wait for about 30 minutes are so outside till they started working on it then they killed the rest of out time working on the door changing batteries till we didn't get to rest a minute it was past check out time

My room had holes in the bathroom under the toilet where 2 roaches came out into the bathroom from while staying. Will not stay again.. too expensive not to fix facilities and spray for bugs..

Pros:

I like the friendlyness of the staff. All of them were super nice and very professional and helpful.

Cons:

The building is old and the room is pretty bad. Old refrigerator, old microwave, old TV and channel. Pretty much old everything.

Stop allowing pets to stay at the hotel
Pros:

The hotel was on the beach and I loved that, also the hotel was near some great shopping places and restaurants

Cons:

The tvs are very small, the drink machines takes your money and pet owners allow their dogs to poop and pee on the walk way and stairway and one guy dog tried to bite me
