Please note guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. If there is no member of the party over the age of 25, a NON-REFUNDABLE $55 damage protection fee is required. Please note the guest's name on the booking must match the name on the credit card used for booking. If the name does not match, the guest must contact the property directly for a credit card authorization form. Please note the guest lodging deposit will appear on guests' statement as RA Hospitality.

Please note the maximum number of pets allowed per reservation is 2. Only dogs are accepted. There is an additional $25 per dog (max 2) per day. We only allow dogs. 2 max per room. Contact the property for more information.

Housekeeping is only performed every 4 days or upon request.

Property does not allow parking for trailers, buses, boats and tractor trailers. Please note, one parking pass is permitted per reservation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay other than I fell and had a hematoma that covered my whole right hip to my foot.

Horrible
Pros:

The. place was horrible smell like urine and had bugs mold and rotten wood bad experience for my grandkids i looked at 2 other rooms was no better vert disappointed worst lace i ever stay plus i have called manager no one has called back yet

i liked nothing someone above ran jump made noise alday and night i will never stay here again the room are horrible its sad u drive 8 hours to a place like that i

Mediocre.
Pros:

The location was right on the beach.

Cons:

Coffee had to be paid for at $4 a cup. Dated hotel. Loud and party hotel. Dogs barking non stop. Card stopped working on my room and other peoples at 1030 at night. The overflow parking was HORRIBLE, only one parking pass for a room in regular parking.

Great location
Pros:

I really like the location it is right on the beach

Cons:

Very noisy at night also you have no one cleaning your room the whole time that you were there unless you request it. Also means no extra toilet paper no extra towels your floors are filthy from coming in and out from the beach and the pool area

Gross.
Pros:

The staff was about it! They were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It wasn’t clean, our room was nasty, the people at the pool were smoking (both) cussing, blasting horrific music in front of my kids. The beach on that end wasn’t clean either.
