My stay was really good.
Pros:

The property was in a great location, it was clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

The only issue I had was the front elevator was broken the entire stay.

Great value for the location
Pros:

This hotel has a nice location in the heart of north Miami Beach. The rooms are basic but good value for the location. Rooms in the front can be a tad noisy from the street noise. Restaurant is excellent and pool area is nice and clean. We didn’t have breakfast but the breakfast area on the roof looked lovely. The Beach area is lovely and beach chairs and umbrella are provided with hotel stay.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, salida a la playa, uso de piscina ok.

Cons:

No realizan limpieza, a pesar de estar incluido en el servicio que ofrecen y de pedirlo diariamente en la recepción. De 6 días solo 2 conseguimos limpieza y porque tuvimos que levantar el reclamo con gerencia ya que el personal no nos solucionó el problema.
