Good Spring/Fall hotel for walkers.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms are not air-conditioned but there is a big window and a fan. it was not hot when I stayed - but it could be a problem in summer. It is a 25 minute walk to the center of the historic downtown. Free parking is not on site - but is nearby.

Een goede uitvalsbasis voor een weekendje Brugge. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers

Cons:

Wat tegenviel is prijs van een kopje thee of een glas wijn in de bar van het hotel. Dit was helaas erg prijzig, als je het vergelijkt wat je betaalt in het centrum op het terras is het bijna het dubbele.

Pros:

Sauberes, angenehmes, mittelgroßes Hotel in ruhiger Lage ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt Brügge entfernt. Zimmer u.a. mit Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück. Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels, in bestimmten Straßen nur max. 4 Stunden mit Parkscheibe zwischen 9.00h und 18.00h.

Cons:

Keine Negativmerkmale aus unserer Wahrnehmung. Hinweis, nur begrenzte Anzahl deutscher Fernsehsender, z.B. kein ARD und ZDF.

Fantastic dog friendly hotel! Highly Recommended.
Pros:

We had the most comfortable stay in Hotel Olympia with our dog Rusty. Valerie and her staff made him (and us!) feel very welcome. We’ve been to Bruges 6 times but this is the first time we’ve stayed here - we will definitely be back for our future visits. Thank you again! ❤️ Holly, Callum and Rusty 🐾

Pleasant stay with great location and breakfast. Small note for solo travelers
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay! The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent—both the train station and the city center are within a nice walking distance. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a great variety. Thank you!

Cons:

Regarding things that could be improved, I felt that the price-to-quality ratio for a solo traveler wasn't quite balanced. As a single guest, I ended up paying the same rate as two people, and I think a slightly lower rate for solo stays would be more fair.

​Additionally, regarding the bed—while I’m sure many guests find it very comfortable, it was a bit too soft for me personally. Due to my back issues, I prefer a firmer and more supportive mattress. Of course, this is a matter of personal preference. Despite these points, it was still a very pleasant stay!
