Exceptional - we will return!
Pros:

We loved everything! From the moment we arrived and were greeted at our taxi we were made to feel very special. The staff were exceptional in their friendliness and efficient manner. Our room was kept in an immaculate standard and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely housekeeping staff. The hotel has a lovely calm tranquil feel to it making us feel instantly relaxed and in holiday mood. Thank you everyone.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little pricey for our every day needs so we chose to eat elsewhere.

Una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, las habitaciones son preciosas, cómodas e impecables, y el desayuno es excelente, con una gran variedad y productos de mucha calidad.

Pero lo que realmente hace especial a este hotel es su personal. Quiero dar las gracias de corazón a todos y cada uno de ellos: desde quienes te reciben con una sonrisa en la entrada, el personal que ayuda con el equipaje, el equipo de recepción, las personas que atienden el desayuno y quienes entregan las toallas en la piscina y la playa. Todos, sin excepción, fueron amabilísimos, atentos, profesionales y siempre con una sonrisa. Consiguieron que me sintiera como en casa desde el primer momento.

Es cierto que es un hotel de lujo y que su precio es más elevado que el de otros, pero puedo decir con total sinceridad que merece cada euro. La calidad de las instalaciones, la atención al detalle y, sobre todo, la excelencia de su equipo humano hacen que la experiencia sea inolvidable.

Sin ninguna duda volveré. Ha sido una estancia perfecta y recomendaré este hotel siempre que alguien me pregunte dónde alojarse en Valencia.

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Der Urlaub hier war sehr toll und entspannend. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und gut. Die Zimmer wurden 2x am Tag gereinigt und das Hotel ist sehr sauber und sehr leise. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Am Pool gab es einen sehr aufmerksamen Rettungsschwimmer. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Wenn man wirklich was nennen möchte wäre es die Bettdecke, da hier die Decke eigentlich nur in Leintüchern steckt und auf 3 Seiten offen ist. (Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau)
