Dirty,dirty,filthy,dirty, and a very rude unprofessional recipientist (the bald asian bloke)

Everything theres no elevator to move ur luggage on, one of the staff a bald asian man was extremely rude to us when we complained twice about finding pee on the floor of the bathroom, the wall, and believe it or not the roof of the damn BATHROOM!!! The room was 3/10 cleanliness, the remote was absolutely disgusting to look at, when we complained about the pee stains the same unprofessional receptionist said, OMG ill get someone to clean it, which to be fair they did but.. the PEE STAINS WERE IN THE DAMN WALL AND STILL BEHIND THE DOOR!! I mean we complained again at night time about it the other receptionist couldn’t believe it, he asked can i come and see it? I said sure thing showed it to him he was laughing about it and said whats wrong with people! I said idk man i just want a clean room that gentleman was helpful and respectful, but when it wasn’t cleaned that was it i booked at the Hilton and checked out early, i had to tell the receptionist why im checking out early, this THIS is what pissed me off the most this was the bald Asian bloke, he said we sent it to he cleaned twice theres nothing, then i said well theres STILL PEE STAINS, then he said its a 3-Star hotel what do you expect… I EXCEPT AT LEAST CLEAN THATS IT, he was extremely rude extremely disrespectful and extremely unprofessional, after this post IM GOING TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICE IN THE UK to make an official complaint, and not to worry i have all the evidence i need.

Für den Preis ist es sehr gut und man hat gute u-Bahn und Bus Verbindungen
Pros:

War gut zu erreichen nur etwas schwer mit den Koffern die schmale Treppe hochgehen

Cons:

Die Bettwäsche war nicht wirklich sauber und die Putzfrau hat sie auch nicht gewechselt sondern einfach wieder richtig hingelegt

Better than I thought very good value for money
Pros:

Room was clean, The mattress was good, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Location was very good. Great value for money

Maybe the coffee machine for breakfast but this is very small.

Pros:

Un excellent hôtel pour visiter Londres. J'ai été agréablement surprise par le soin apporté aux chambres, malgré leur petite taille. L'hôtel ne se trouve pas en plein centre-ville, mais il est proche de la gare de Paddington et des lignes de bus, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Le quartier est calme est sûr. Notre séjour avec une amie y a été très agréable. Si vous êtes curieux, l'hôtel est entouré d'excellentes adresses pour prendre un brunch ou déguster un fantastique Sunday Roast !
