Please note, the seasonal outdoor pool, Cabana Bar and deck are available only to registered hotel guests 21 and older. Children are welcome to use the indoor pool when accompanied by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty.

The grounds and location are beautiful.
Our room had a window, but looked out onto a concrete tree wall. The mattress on one of the beds was extremely wobbly and sunk in when you sat on the bed. Although they have a restaurant onsite and have a mini Keurig in each room, we were unable to obtain any herbal tea for the evening. The bathroom was run down.
Hotel was nasty water stained walls , cig burn on desk , dirty towels hang on back of bathroom door . Pets are allowed and the rooms have carpet and it smelled or urine faintly . There was a wedding at the time we stayed and there was no parking designated for hotel guest .. I will never be back , I expect more of a 500 plus a night rate . Smh
Beautiful location .Room size was good
Room very grubby Beds very very hard Pillows old no protectors on them lumpy and yellow .Bathroom was dirty …shower exterior especially dirty .Light bulb missing in Bathroom.I reported this to the Reception and requested that it be cleaned for our stay

The Mirror in bedroom was covered in fingerprints .There was only one chair to sit on ..there was a window seat but we were unable to view the TV from it
The ironing board was buckled and broken and could not be used to iron shirts /pants
Its a lovely location but there are lots of areas where it is completely unloved and maintained

Such a beautiful location!! This place is a hidden gem in a world full of Marriotts and Hiltons this boutique hotel is so much more than any big corporate chain hotels. The rooms are comfortable and all the amenities are spectacular! The distance from this location to all kinds of activities in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. I will definitely be staying again!
The only issue is there are no elevators.
We have had such a wonderful experience at Tarrytown House Estate! We’ve stayed here before, but this time we ended up staying for several days, and I really have to call out how incredible the staff is.
Everyone at the front desk has been amazing. On this stay, we had the pleasure of working with Catherine and Brie for check-in and extending our stay, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. They made everything so easy for us and were just genuinely lovely to deal with. On a previous stay, we worked with Chiro, who was hilarious, incredibly helpful, and made the whole experience that much more fun. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jake Maas this time, who was incredibly friendly and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. It really says something that every person we’ve interacted with here has been so warm and personable.
Also — do not skip breakfast! The food is incredibly fresh, and the service is fantastic. Aurelia and Sharney were both wonderful, and Sharney somehow remembered our drink orders after just a couple of mornings and would have them ready almost as soon as we sat down. That kind of thoughtful service makes such a difference, especially when you’re staying for several days.
And apparently we aren’t the only ones impressed by the breakfast! One morning we overheard a group who was there for a wedding talking about how the blueberries were the best blueberries they had ever had. They were joking that the blueberries were the most memorable part of the entire wedding weekend and had somehow managed to outshine the wedding itself.
The property itself is also gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful during the day, but I especially love the estate at night. With all of the lights, the whole place is such a vibe.
We have been so happy here. The property is beautiful and the food is great, but the people are really what make it special. The level of service and genuine friendliness we’ve experienced every time we’ve stayed here is rare. We will absolutely be back!
Beautiful facility and amazing grounds. Goosefeather is an incredible restaurant and a well cultivated space.
The overwhelming, pungent, clearly ignored odor of mold coming from the carpet and behind the walls was insulting. Charging that much per stay and then forcing us to be subjected to that type of biohazard is shameful.

Great grounds and nice room that had everything we needed. We had a great night sleep. The gym was nice well equipped and indoor pool are was nice.
The pool area could have been updated noting at least 3 broken chairs. The outdoor pool wasn't that clean and there were guests blasting music behaving inappropriately with public displays of affection making it hard to read and relax pool side. Apparently there was only one ice machine in the entire hotel and when I went to the front desk to ask where the ice machines were they tried to fill it up for me at the front desk but that ice machine was broken too. They were very helpful and pleasant and wrote out directions for me to find the one ice machine that was working.
