Υπέροχη εμπειρία από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος! Το ξενοδοχείο ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας. Η θέα από την πισίνα είναι πραγματικά μαγευτική και από μόνη της αξίζει τη διαμονή. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, πάντα χαμογελαστό, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Μια πολύ συγκινητική λεπτομέρεια ήταν η έκπληξη που μας ετοίμασαν για τα γενέθλιά μου, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ξεχωριστοί. Επειδή η αναχώρησή μας ήταν πολύ νωρίς, φρόντισαν να μας ετοιμάσουν πρωινό σε πακέτο ώστε να μην φύγουμε χωρίς να απολαύσουμε τη φιλοξενία τους. Η μεταφορά με το βαν του ξενοδοχείου προς το Σορέντο ήταν άψογα οργανωμένη και ιδιαίτερα βολική. Η ησυχία της περιοχής προσφέρει απόλυτη χαλάρωση, ενώ το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο. Φεύγουμε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις και με την επιθυμία να επιστρέψουμε σύντομα. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

We have had an absolutely wonderful relaxing holiday in this hotel. So many things to love. The staff on Reception are wonderful and so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We loved Amelia and all her colleagues who take alot of time and effort to ensure you have a great time. Our room was absolutely immaculate. Some reviews mentioned dated decor and I have to say I completely disagree. I loved the decor and the housekeeping staff have to be commended on how hard they work. Honestly I have never had such a spotless room anywhere. It was so impressive. They work so hard. I loved the breakfast staff especially Madaleina (sorry I may have misspelt) but she was so kind and a joy to meet. All the staff work very hard and we appreciated it. A lovely welcome bag with towels and flip flops on arrival is a fantastic idea. Our room had a lovely side view of the sea and garden..Best of both worlds with a lovely sea breeze. We didn't eat in the restaurant on site as we like to go out to local places. My only recommendation is to invest in more umbrellas at the pool as there is always a shortage and it can cause an issue with guests. But we had a wonderful holiday. Very nice place. Perhaps now in need of some updating to match the 4* rating. Pool furniture quite basic and bedroom furniture all a bit dated. Very clean and comfortable though.

התארחנו כזוג בחדר קלאסי. החדר עצמו פשוט ולא מאוד מפנק, אבל המלון כולו מקסים – מלון בוטיק עם אווירה נהדרת.

בריכת האינפיניטי מהממת עם נוף יפהפה, והמסעדה של המלון פשוט מצוינת. גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה ומגוונת. הצוות ראוי לציון מיוחד – כולם היו אדיבים, שירותיים ונעימים, ותרמו מאוד לחוויה שלנו.

יש שאטלים לסורנטו, וחניה ללא תשלום נוסף, שזה יתרון גדול למי שמטייל עם רכב.

חשוב לדעת שבמהלך היום אין אפשרות להזמין אוכל, אלא רק שתייה. המטבח של המסעדה נפתח רק בשעה 19:00, אז כדאי להיערך בהתאם.

המזגן בחדר עבד מצוין. בתחילת השהות המזרן היה מעט פחות נוח לטעמנו, אך ביקשנו שכבת ריפוד נוספת, והצוות דאג לכך במהירות, מה ששיפר משמעותית את הנוחות.

בסך הכול הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת,

Amazing pool and view! very relaxing !
Great breakfast, wonderful staff.
We decided to have one night there and not in the center of Sorento because of the view, and it was amazing.
10 minutes from the hotel you can find different restaurants, so you don't have to go to the center, but if you prefer going to the center they have shuttles that run frequently.

The view is amazing. The breakfast was delicious. While farther from the Sorrento, the free shuttle and local bus were very good to get around.
