calme et sérénité.
Pros:

Hôtel situé dans les hauteurs, loin de l’agitation de la ville. Il est excentré, mais dispose de navettes gracieuses et l'arrêt de bus est au pied (littéralement) de l hôtel. C'est Très pratique. Le personnel est aux petits soins, plein de bons conseils, vraiment sympathique. La vue sur le Vésuve est magnifique.

Cons:

une toute petite chose : mettez des patins sous les chaises svp, certaines personnes ne prennent pas garde et trainent les chaises sur le sol, c'est bruyant.

Excellent stay, staff were outstanding.
Pros:

Frequent Shuttle bus was excellent link to City Centre. Views from the hotel are outstanding.

Amazing hotel in the mountains above Sorrento.
We arrived for a few nights in early May and everything was just perfect.
The hotel has parking and a free shuttle that goes from the hotel to the center of Sorrento and back several times a day. The room is really big and the view of the bay is mesmerizing.
The room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast is definitely rich and there is a lot of choice.
The hotel also has a restaurant for lunch and dinner, but we didn't get to eat there except for breakfast.
The reception staff are very kind and really helped us several times.
We booked a full day trip to Capri through them, they recommended a motorbike rental company and of course recommended restaurants in the area and even called the restaurant themselves to reserve a table for us.
The pool was already open, but it was a bit cool on the days we were there, so we didn't go in, but the infinity pool looks perfect.
We recommend everyone to come to this hotel and of course if we return, we will return to this hotel again.

Pros:

the view was nice, breakfast was good, the reception attendants were very welcoming and ready to serve. The hotel vans did a very good job and were always on time as promised.

Cons:

The pool side bar needed more exciting activities to hang around it.
