The people at the front desk were so very friendly and willing to help out anyway they could. Their knowledge of the Sorrento area was tops and they even gave a few lessons in speaking Italian to me, enhancing my experience. The wait staff in the breakfast room were superior and very engaging. Five stars plus for the staff!

Really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival who explained the breakfast timings and all the facilities clearly.

The pool is excellent, with a brilliant view over Sorrento.

If I had to pick one highlight, it would be the free daily transfer into Sorrento. It's very well organised, always on time, and the drivers are friendly. We found travel to be expensive otherwise, so this was a huge bonus and saved us a lot over the week.

The hotel is a twenty minute drive from the centre of Sorrento, but it's in a lovely little town with plenty within walking distance — a supermarket, restaurants and ice cream shops.

Rooms were clean and well equipped. Would happily stay again.

My wife and I are very picky when it comes to hotels, so it’s not easy to impress us. But Grand Hotel Due Golfi honestly gave us nothing to complain about — which was a very pleasant surprise. We will definitely come back!

The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained. The views are absolutely breathtaking. We especially recommend a side room — you can enjoy both the mountains and the Bay of Naples at the same time.

Breakfast is excellent, rich and filling. The infinity pool is simply amazing — you could easily spend the whole day there just enjoying the view.

The service deserves a special mention. Every request we had was handled immediately and with a smile. At breakfast, they even brought us things that weren’t available at the buffet.

We also really enjoyed the hotel restaurant in the evening. Great food, excellent service and an incredible panoramic view — perfect for a romantic dinner.

For us, the value for money is 10/10. We stayed in several places during our trip, and Due Golfi really stood out.

The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views both during the day and at night. It is the kind of place where you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The staff were fantastic — always smiling, friendly and genuinely attentive to us throughout our stay. They were happy to answer all our questions and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The service during breakfast was also exceptional — the staff were attentive, friendly and made sure everything was perfect. And the breakfasts themselves were absolutely delicious, with a great choice of food.
We especially loved the pool area and the poolside bar, which made it so convenient to spend the whole day at the hotel. In fact, the hotel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, so you could easily stay there all day without feeling the need to go anywhere else.
Another big advantage is that the hotel works with local companies organising excursions. This made exploring the area incredibly easy — we could arrange trips from one day to the next and be picked up directly from the hotel for excursions to Pompeii, Capri, the Amalfi Coast and more.
Overall, a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
