A quiet and comfortable night.
Pros:

The check in staff was very friendly and was super fast at check in.

The room that I got into was nice bit the AC unit quit working about 30 minutes after being there. In less than 5 minutes after calling the front desk the maintenance man arrived. He advised that they would get me into another room as the AC had gone bad. Within 15 minutes that had me in another room with ice cold AC.

The room was very clean. The AC super cold and shower very hot.

The bed was very comfortable and they had a newer LG TV. See attached photos.

The hotel is near many gas stations and restaurants. There was also a sams club about 2 miles away. If you need a comfortable and quiet night stay while traveling or going to the beach I recommend this hotel.

Nasty and Roach Infested
Pros:

Location right off the highway and was 25 minutes to the beach

Cons:

Safety and security were awful. Rooms were infested with roaches and other bugs. If anything additional was needed required an absurd up charge.

The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was poor and I was afraid there might be bugs. The facility was old and I felt like I was unsafe there. The location was horrible. Lots of construction. Will not stay here again.
