Not much to like. We left a day early because the property was nasty and didn’t seem safe

Cons:

The property is not well kept. Starting with the parking lot and landscaping were awful looking. When I checked in they told me to hang my dirty towels over the outside railing. I’ve stayed at La Quinta’s before and they have always been clean and house keepers would make the beds and restock towels. The tub was black like it wasn’t cleaned. This hotel was so bad that we decided to take the 7.5 hour drive home instead of staying another night. Don’t stay here this place is gross!

It was convenient to the Pensacola airport. The facility was old but they kept up with repairs and cleanliness. The price was perfect for folks on a tight budget.

Cons:

There was no place to hang towels, so we had to get fresh ones every day. If we had been able to hang our towels, we would have reused them for our 4 day stay. Towel racks and notes to customers to hang up towels to conserve water, detergent and labor will save a lot of money. Most patrons will hang up towels.

The smell .. ewww
Pros:

I really liked the pool. The maid was awesome, they didn't speak much English but helped with everything I asked. Air conditioner was so great after hot days in the sun.

Cons:

The room smelled HORRIBLE!!!! strong mildew smell and black mold in the showers. Smelled so bad I had to buy multiple air fresheners. I ended up very sick by the end of the trip with black mold symptoms. The bathroom was tiny you have only enought room for your legs and can bearly close the door. No hair dryer. Pool was nice but green ring all the way around the edge made it look disgusting. They had roaches! Breakfast no protien options. Hotel keys would stop working and had to get them reset multiple times during our stay. Outside garbage was always over flowing and smelled rotten. Will not be there again.

It was horrible
Pros:

Nothing i had to check out cause i had mold in the bathroom on the ceiling vent and it looked like the roof was going to cave in. The sheets and bedding were also dirty
