Not happy made the best of it had to replace 75.00 dollars of food too

My first day and night and next day from check in the hardwood floor was flooded they didn't fif it I used all the towels when I checked in to soak it up and left door open all night from smell of mold and slept in my denali the maintenance man said the micro wave was bad and changed it out it did not work it crackled and smoked the fridge was warm I told him I put my two bags of food and medicine in it at 1230 I went in to get a bottle of water still warm had to go back to front desk told him fridge didn't work he said the maintenance guy would be there at 8 am didn't show till next afternoon was waiting for ok from mgmt at 6-7 pm 2nd day got me new room finally was told I would be comped 2 days but only comped 1 day wasn't happy with stay no towels in New room had to ask and wait till next morning to finally ask again to get towels to finally shower on 3rd day now I have to pay again for another day I was suppose to be comped on not to happy with Wyndham on my stay this time

I stay at la Quinta by Wyndham in every state I travel too and this one was the absolute WORST!! The lady at the front desk was horrible and did not want to help at all. I tried checking in 10 minutes before 3 she told me to come back in 30 MINUTES!!

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. My son fell in the shower because there was a huge hole in the tub that made it hard to stand balanced on both feet. The beds were itchy.

The convenience of location

Cons:

No cleaning service, no clean towels or rags. Had yo go exchange myself. Hair in the shower, the shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel was empty and built up soap scum all around the holders.

Elevator was disgusting, outside stairs rusty and full of cig buttons, rug was full of stains coffee pot missing parts bathtub looked dingy. Not up to LA Quinta standards I had found on other Lady Quintas.

absolutely nothing it’s in a bad location as well

Cons:

there was pubic hair in the towels from the last guests, the floors were super dirty as long with the sheets were pretty dirty as well they were rough. And there was dust just everywhere it was super gross.
