You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Location was convenient. Easy to book for a last minute change to our visit.

Cons:

Rooms smelled badly. Proof of leaks in the ceilings. One room, the ceiling was stuffed with something to prevent leaks. We were skeptical of using the ice bucket due to it being filthy. One bed had hair on it. Toilet in one room kept overflowing.

Don't be fooled by the name.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the pool looked okay.

Cons:

The smell of urine - everywhere outside. Garbage cans around the property overflowing. Roaches in the room. Smelled like mold.

Pros:

Front desk ladies where nice!

Cons:

The place was filthy and disgusting, found a bag of garbage inside the room, dirty linens, dirty bathroom, and there where bedbugs in the room. Not just our room but, all the rooms we reserved!

Horrible for the price we paid.
Pros:

Room was dusty and dirty, cockroach running around in the tub, clumps of hair we left on the toliet and under the sink. Had a horrible scent and water damage was observed on the ceiling. We were immediately moved to another room.

Place was a dump old mattress where out back on the ground AC didn’t really work good grass needed cutting homeless where everywhere close by to the hotel

Everything about this place.
The grounds were filthy
It was disgusting
Garbage in the walk ways.
Trash bags just sitting around.
Paint peeling in the rooms
Gaps big enough around the doors for bugs and potentially rodents to enter the room.
Broken toilet seat.
Disgusting tub.
Parking lot that basically required a 4x4 to get around it.
Pile of old nasty mattresses in the corner of the parking area.

Needed lots of work in room, black mold and water damaged ceilings, bathrooms needed recaulking. Bathroom door bottom falling apart.

It was convenient for a short stay staff was friendly. They are updating the area was safe and well lit. The breakfast was a plus.

Cons:

A little bit outdated, but like I said, they seem to be doing renovations, kind of sloppy outdoors, cause they were throwing mattresses and debris at the dumpster site
