Waiting a full refund and an apology this hotel said that they had a generator before the storm hit a neighbor's branch knocked the power line down we did not want to ride out the entire storm with power out before it hit so we rented a room at this hotel paid for it in advance for like 5 days grab some stuff and went to the hotel from Santa Rosa County as we were arriving the storm started to hit when I walked into check-in power went out the front desk clerk said the power's out and we don't have water I was like I don't care here's confirmation here's proof that we've paid for a room I can give you my license in the card could you just unlock it so we have a place to stay she refused I was blown away after a little bit of arguing I then was like well can you at least let us stay in the lobby and sit in some chairs at this time the Denny's sign next door came crashing down in the parking lot roofing tiles from the La Quinta Inn started blowing off into the parking lot I then looked at the lady and said Are you seriously going to kick us out when we already paid and you're going to kick us out into the middle of a category 3 turning into a two as it hits land right on top of us believe it or not she did.

Nothing

Cons:

The room was filthy. Sheets was dirty and I didn't even pull them back. The toilet was running the whole time. Even the picture frames had stuff on them. It stunk and we left within 5 minutes of getting In the room. I do not recommend 😐

It was excellent and cozy
Pros:

The way it was quiet at night. No one messed with anything and the rooms were really comfortable
