het was een prachtig, rustig hotel met een perfecte locatie. het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. bij het ontbijt kwamen we zeker niets te kort. zeker een hotel om nog eens terug naartoe te gaan.

Lokasyon çok iyi. Oda temizliği hergun yapılıyor. Banyo temiz, yataklar rahat. Genel olarak ses izolasyonu iyi sayılır. Sadece ara sıra koridor kapı kapanış sesleri geliyor. Perdelerde problem vardı, resepsiyona bildirmek ile beraber hemen tamir edildi. Ütü istedik çok kısa bir sürede odaya getirildi. Hizmet hızlı ve kaliteli.

Beware moldy and stained areas.
Pros:

It takes a lot for me to sit down and write a review. To say our three night stay at this hotel was disappointing would be a huge understatement. I emailed in advance of our arrival to confirm a few details and did not receive a reply. I mentioned this at check-in and it was shrugged off. Front desk staff were brusque throughout our stay. There is a reason the lights in the common area are kept low and it's not for ambience. Common areas smelled moldy and appeared unclean. In our room, one duvet was yellow and stained; bath towels were stained and the carpeting was dirty. We stayed at Radisson throughout our European holiday and this one in Vienna was below standard. We witnessed front desk staff speaking rudely to guests. What a disappointment for our time in such a beautiful city!
