We enjoyed the pool and the location.

Cons:

We did not have a/c for the entire stay. We were offered a room switch only halfway through our stay. When we asked for financial compensation, the staff was not helpful nor understanding. They became defensive and only provided an email to escalate to another department. There were other guests who complained about no a/c. The technician also admitted that other rooms did not have a/c.

Cercano a nuestro destino de trabajo y rodeado de supermercados. Buena ubicacion.

Cons:
