Not worth it, I would never recommend this place.
Pros:

The only good thing was the bed. Very comfortable!

Cons:

It is dirty. Woke up to wet floors in our room and the halls. Staff blamed it on the humidity. Had a wet spot in the bathroom ceiling above the shower. Breakfast area was not very appetizing and there was only cereal and bagels. One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.

Desk clerk was on the phone reporting that someone was smoking weed in a guest room.
We did not feel very safe, but we honored our reservation.

Reasonably priced. Close to the Denny Sanford and WH Lyons but otherwise needs major TLC

The location was close to our venue, which is why we booked here

Cons:

It smelt like cigarettes even though it clearly states no smoking. We also stayed in a room that had a broken door that was so loud we couldn’t even sleep. We asked numerous times to be moved or an out of order sign be put up but the assured us they would fix it. Day 2 still not fixed. Day 3 they put a sign up that people didn’t follow so we still couldn’t sleep

A water park in all the wrong places, unless the contact high we got made us imagine it.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked somewhat newly renovated. The breakfast was fine with eggs/sausages and cereal/toast/bagels/yogurt. The main common areas looked nice.

Cons:

The intense smell of weed and cigarette smoke in the back half of the building/hallways. The hallways looked under construction/ puddles everywhere/ lights flickering. The pool (which was the whole reason we booked there) was closed for ongoing maintenance. The door keycard reader had a large hole that gave access behind it that made me worried it could be broken into.

Cons:

Pool is still under "maintenance". I read a review from may 2026 before I booked the hotel that said it was under maintenance. Not mentioned in the description of the hotel. Breakfast was cereal, toast or bagels. Shower kept changing temperature like someone close by was flushing a toilet over and over again. Overall not a bad place to stay if you just wanted a place to sleep with no real amenities.

We went to check k in and the floor was dirty the pool was out the door didn't shut and we checked out the same day oh and no extra pull out bed for may kiddo

Pros:

Breakfast was standard fare-bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, oatmeal and yogurt. Staff as friendly and helpful as could be while being stretched very thin due to staff quitting unexpextedly that day. Location was great! Very close to venues for events and the falls, Battleship memorial and shopping.

Cons:

Pool was out of order, which was one of main reasons chose it. Pump blew a hole in it. Staff quitting on them and leaving rest of staff scrambling yo accomdate sold out hotel. Courtyard needs some maintenance. TV did not work in room.

Front desk lady was very friendly

Cons:

Our first room the bathroom toilet did not work and one of the beds did not have a comforter on it so we got another room and in the second room, the bathroom toilet would run every five minutes like it was flushing itself, and the air conditioner after it hit a certain degree in the room it sound like it was taking a fart afterwards and the shower when you pull the knob, not all the water goes to the shower you took a shower bath. Your continental breakfast is not even worth having breakfast on the website. And same with the pool too.
