Heel fijn resort voor gezinnen
Pros:

Bijzonder prettig resort. Personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en zeer attent richting kinderen. Buffetrestaurant is goed, met een redelijk grote buitenruimte. Voldoende ruimte bij het zwembad, al waren er wel wat weinig schaduwplekken beschikbaar als je wat later aankwam. Animatieteam was ook top.

Cons:

Douches werden pas warm heel lang wachten, en de waterdruk was heel laag.
Doordat Barcelo een zeer groot deel van de resorts langs het strand heeft (en de andere ketens de rest) is er niet heel veel leuks te vinden om te eten dat niet bij een resort hoort.

Mooi en verzorgd resort met goed eten en leuke entertainment, maar onduidelijkheid over het all inclusive concept.
Pros:

De bungalow werd elke dag netjes en zorgvuldig schoongemaakt. Ook was er iedere avond live muziek en leuk entertainment, wat voor veel sfeer zorgde. Het eten en drinken bij de restaurants en bars die binnen ons arrangement vielen waren erg lekker en gevarieerd. Vooral fijn dat het aanbod dagelijks deels wisselde, waardoor het elke dag weer een leuke verrassing was.

Cons:

Bij aankomst bleek dat we met het all inclusive arrangement niet overal gratis konden eten en drinken. Voor verschillende restaurants en bars moest je een extra upgrade naar Royal hebben. Dit zorgde vooral de eerste dag voor veel verwarring, omdat dit vooraf niet duidelijk genoeg werd aangegeven. Ook vonden wij het jammer dat de ligbedden op het strand niet inbegrepen waren bij all inclusive. Deze bleken alleen bij het Royal-pakket te horen, waardoor je alsnog €7 per persoon per keer moest betalen.

War ok, würde es nicht nochmals buchen
Pros:

Bungalow hatte eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit wunderschönem Garten. Minigolf hat uns Spass gemacht. Essen war gut. Schnell am Strand, schöner Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Riesiger Komplex. Uns wars zu gross. Bungalow in die Jahre gekommen. Schlafsofa war so lala.

Pros:

La piscina y la ubicación del hotel al lado de la avenida. Varias piscinas, algunas climatizadas. El servicio en los restaurantes era rápido.

Cons:

Muchas hamacas tenían caca de paloma y como en todos lo hoteles, muchas hamacas reservadas por toallas que no se ocupaban en gran parte del día.

Tutto perfetto
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, ben organizzata e in una posizione ottima per poter visitare tutta l’isola senza dover fare troppe ore di macchina. Vicinissima all’aeroporto quindi perfetto se si ha il volo la mattina presto o se si arriva la sera tardi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, cibo ottimo e vario. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro bambino di un anno e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Seggioloni disponibili al ristorante e sempre disponibile cibo adatto a quest’età al buffet

En general, la estancia fue muy buena. El buffet me pareció fantástico: variado, bien presentado y todo muy limpio y ordenado, lo cual se agradece mucho.

Las instalaciones en general estaban bien cuidadas, aunque es cierto que hay algunos detalles que podrían mejorarse debido al paso del tiempo, como la alcachofa de la ducha o los sumideros, que daban sensación de estar algo sucios, aunque probablemente sea más por el desgaste que por falta de limpieza.

Aun así, la experiencia fue positiva y volvería a considerar este hotel en el futuro.

Cons:

El único punto negativo fue el aire acondicionado, que no funcionaba correctamente. En mi caso no supuso un gran problema porque solo estuve dos noches y básicamente iba a dormir, pero para una estancia más larga creo que sí sería un aspecto importante a tener en cuenta.
