Pros:

Tolle Wohneinheit, direkt am Meer, perfekt für Kinder! Essen ok. Super Entertainment am Abend.

Cons:

Großer Komplex, weite Wege; leere Becher liegen überall am Pool rum, va im Kinderbereich. Kinderdisco wenig abwechslungsreich und recht kurz. Haben uns nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt, Personal an Bar und beim Buffet etwas kühl und unpersönlich.

Une semaine en demi-pension confortable et reposante
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. On a l'impression d'être dans une mini ville au sein de la ville de Caleta de Fuste. L'accueil est tout à fait cordial et appréciable. Nous étions en demi-pension et avons pris nos petits-déjeuners et dîners au restaurant buffet Mafasca avec une vue imprenable sur la piscine, la montagne, la mer et le coucher de soleil. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à de la grande gastronomie, nous avons un peu mangé la même chose chaque jour mais le tout était très bon. Il est possible de dîner également au restaurant buffet Tindaya au sein de l'hôtel Barcelo Mar mais nous avons moins apprécié car beaucoup trop grand et bruyant. Cela doit être l'hôtel des tours operators. La literie est très confortable et la salle de bain bien aménagée. Les draps et serviettes sont propres. La climatisation était essentielle. Nous avions un Bungalow Supérieur à l'étage avec 2 terrasses. Malheureusement, il fait un peu chaud et il est difficile d'en profiter. Nous n'avons pas d'enfants mais étions juste à côté du Barcy Club. Une très belle structure et une piscine qui semble très ludique pour les enfants.

Cons:

Le ménage laisse un peu à désirer pour le sol et il y avait des cloques d'humidité repeintes dans la salle de bain. Il manquait des éléments dans la cuisine : torchon, éponge, produit vaisselle. Une climatisation un peu bruyante.

Disappointing and no good value for money

Cons:

For the price it was shocking that sink was cracked and cupboard door not attached. We were also missing bedding, then had to make up own once given it.
Kids didn’t look like having fun on the pool as all to serious on site.
Our flight was cancelled so after 19 hours at the airport would have liked a friendly welcome by reception staff but don’t think we met their ideal client demographic at that moment in time.
Couldn’t use card in the shop
Luggage storage stays unlocked and toilets in reception were the dirtiest I have ever seen I think defiantly not 4*

La stanza bungalow superior era bellissima, super accessoriata ed enorme.

Cons:

Alla reception serale abbiamo dovuto aspettare parecchio prima che qualcuno si presentasse per fare il check in. Colazione nella media ma non eccezionale

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Barcelo Hotelkette mit schlechtem Service

Schöne, komfortable Unterkunft (Superior Bungalow; 2 ZKB mit Klimaanlage), an der Außenseite des Resorts gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer.

Resort in posizione comoda x girare l’isola!

Struttura molto grande e con tanti servizi!
Alla reception abbiamo ricevuto l’upgrade della stanza!
Ristoranti di buona qualità e palestra carina!
Il mare davanti è ok e il resort ha tante piscine

Cons:

Struttura un po vecchia, per esempio la porta della nostra camera non si chiudeva bene!
Abbiamo avuto un’incomprensione sulle bevande ai pasti ma direi che si tratta di un caso isolato

la habitación con jacuzzi privado estaba muy bien, era amplia y cómoda, las diferentes piscinas y la ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

La ubicación en la isla es genial porque está en un punto medio para visitarla toda. La situación en Caleta de fuste ideal, delante de la misma aplay a del castillo con aguas impecables y perfecta para ir con niños. La atención del personal muy buena , todos muy amables

Cons:

Que aunque pone en las piscinas que no se puede reservar las hamacas, no lo cumple nadie, ni nadie del.hotel lo controla. Con lo cual cuando no has desayunado a las 8h es imposible encontrar ni dos hamacas juntas.
