Pros:

The hotel location is good...on the main road with quite a few restaurants around. Good service provided by the front office and kitchen staff. Particularly Ms. Narandulam.Ts (Duka).

Cons:

The breakfast menu in the restaurant is limited and needs to be changed after at least 2 days.

The single room is very small. The working and chair is small and quite uncomfortable.

Not close to a 3 star hotel.
Pros:

The shower was great.

Cons:

Super noisy neighbours, the bed is hard. The rooms wasn't ready on time and when it was, half of the amenities had been replaced (1 mug for a room for 2).
The toilets is almost touching the wall so you sit sideways.
Breakfast is sad and not super fresh.
Plugs almost dangling from the walls.

Great for a city stay.
Pros:

The room was roomy for 1 person. The restaurant at 2nd floor has very good food for in-room dining at great price. Location is right at center, convenient to pick-up for tours starting in Ulaanbaatar.

Cons:

The furniture was a little worn out, can be improved. For eg: chair was mostly torn, shampoos and conditioners are both ran out and was not refilled, the door room was hard to close due to scratches as well. But minor inconveniences. With a country that’s very “rough” as Mongol, this has already met my bare minimum expectation so it’s all good.

Nice place! could do with some maintenance
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located, 20/30 minutes’ walk from the city centre. Staff were friendly and breakfast was fine. Rooms have super toilets with heated seat (it felt a bit odd in July) and bidet function, yay!! Lots of freebies like slippers, sleeping mask, welcome water bottles etc. There are kettles in rooms, great if you need to leave before breakfast is served.

Cons:

The floors were not clean. The shower and basin needed fixing. A couple weeks later we stayed in a different room and the mattress was wrecked.

This hotel maybe alright for the local market, but not for international travellers, it's ran down
