Cons:

I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but I would’ve appreciated if it didn’t smell like past animals especially when you don’t have a pet. The room always felt wet as well.

The room was filthy, poorly cleaned, and completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived. We found roaches and had to kill them ourselves, which was unacceptable. The shower curtain had multiple stains, and the shower bench was covered in rust-colored buildup that came off when we cleaned it ourselves, showing it hadn’t been properly washed. There was also hair on the bench where I was supposed to sit.

The bed had visible stains, and there were crumbs under the TV, making it obvious the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned between guests. Cleanliness is the bare minimum for a hotel, and this stay did not meet that standard. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves housekeeping for future guests.

Pros:

I have stayed here many times over the years and have always had a good experience. I’m a local, and this is a place I feel comfortable recommending. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. During this stay, there wasn’t a remote in my room, but I called the front desk, and they brought one right away without any hassle. The bed was comfortable, the room met my expectations, and overall I had a pleasant stay. I appreciate the courteous service and will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but one thing was disappointing. The coffee dispensers were empty, so I let one of the staff members know. She was polite and said they would refill them as soon as they could. Unfortunately, after waiting about 10 minutes, the coffee was still not replenished, so I eventually left without any. It wasn’t a major issue, but having coffee available or restocked in a timely manner is something I would expect and would improve the overall guest experience.
