Tiszta, aludni megfelel, de ennyiert sokkal jobbat erdemelne mindenki.

Kulonosen semmi.

Cons:

Szemelyzet nem volt segitokesz, terminalon kellett becsekkolni, illetve ki. Reggeli a bosegestol nem volt messze, ha csak rantottat szerettel volna enni. Kicsit olyan “csinald magad” volt az egesz. Szemelyzet a recepcion hol volt,hol nem.. de inkabb nem.

Peccato la struttura e colazione OK ma per il check-in leggete bene le mail.

Posizione ottimale e tranquilla pulito e arredato da poco. Colazione ottima.

CHECK IN da incubo tutto con ipad all'ingresso, se non hai fatto caso alle tue mail in arrivo dove ricevi un codice (cosa che può capitare se prenoti all'ultimo momento), allora puoi provare a lungo. Ogni persona, ripeto ogni persona in arrivo, doveva farsi aiutare da un'addetto che era li a guardarti e impietosito arrivava poi ad aiutarti. Stessa cosa nel CHECK OUT, se non leggi la mail inviata all ore 6:00 allora non saprai mai come fare il CHECK OUT perchè l'addetto del giorno prima non te lo ha spiegato. Perchè è semplice NO! Veramente intuitivo! "Vede, era così semplice", ti dicono poi. Stupido è il cliente, chiaro! COMPLIMENTI Pagate una persona apposta che sta li a guardare e far sentire stupidi i clienti, invece di accogliere il cliente stanco del viaggio e spiegargli le cose basilari del funzionamento del vostro hotel, come per esempio dove deve andare con le sue valigie senza vagare a caso per la struttura e sopratutto sbrigare tutte le questioni burocratiche, di cui non dovrebbe occuparsi il cliente, ma voi. Basterebbe assumere personale con adeguata formazione alberghiera e non gente che fa sentire stupido il cliente. Il sistema automatico di Check-in-out lasciatelo solo per gli orari notturni e magari semplificarlo nelle informazioni, se si inserisce il codice sbagliato, dovrebbe uscire un messaggio: "controlla la tua mail e trovi il codice", NON restituire solo il messaggio di "error code......" Questo è il mio modesto parere!

Das Zimmer war super geräumig, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Auch das Frühstück war super!

Alles war gut :) Nur der Föhn könnte etwas moderner sein.

Gut zu erreichen mit U-Bahn und Tram.
Das Frühstück war toll.

Cons:

Der Link zum Online Check-in hat in der E-Mail nicht funktioniert und das musste ich dann vor Ort am Check-in Terminal machen wobei das auch nicht gut funktioniert hat. Wenn man schon am Personal spart dann sollte man wenigstens sicher stellen dass der Self-Check-in gut funktioniert.

Gute Lage

Cons:

Glutenfreies Frühstück war trotz Vorbestellung zum 1. Frühstück und auch am 2. Tag trotz erneuter Erinnerung nicht vorhanden!Wäre sehr wichtig gewesen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, allerdings verhindern Sprachbarrieren und mangelnde Entscheidungskompetenz einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
