Excellent emplacement mais équivalent à un trois étoiles maximum.
Pros:

L’emplacement exceptionnel, la gentillesse du personnel, le calme au milieu du festival d’Avignon.

Cons:

Pas à la hauteur d’un Quatre étoiles. Au niveau confort et propreté, on peut quand même faire beaucoup mieux… Rénové seulement “en surface” et de qualité très très moyenne, moquette ancienne (qui ne fait pas propre) dans les espaces communs. Avec un emplacement extraordinaire et un personnel très gentil, c’est dommage!..

Hôtel très bien situé, très confortable et joliment décoré. Idéal pour séjourner en ville,surtout pendant le festival!
Personnel très aimable,attentionné.
Chambre spacieuse, au calme (comme demandé).

Cons:

Le seul point négatif pour nous,c'est la baignoire qui n'est pas sécurisée...on aurait préféré une douche.

Another dull uncared for hotel with a good locations that doesn't need to try too hard. Everything that's not great about hotels alas. Having said that the room was comfortable and the beds were nice

L’emplacement est incroyable…proche de tout!

Cons:

Tout était très bien dans l’ensemble, mais se serait encore plus tip top s’il y avait des mini frigos dans les chambres pour avoir des boissons toujours fraîches…surtout en été lors du festival🙃

Du début à la fin, notre séjour a été une expérience exceptionnelle. Toute l'équipe du Bristol, de l'accueil au check-in jusqu'au petit-déjeuner chaque matin, a fait preuve d'une attention, d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme remarquables. On se sent véritablement accueilli avec sincérité.

Un merci tout particulier à Jeremy, dont la spontanéité, l'humour et la bonne humeur ont laissé une très belle impression. Ce sont ces petites attentions et ces belles rencontres humaines qui rendent un séjour vraiment mémorable.

Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette hospitalité irréprochable. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Unbeatable Location: The hotel's location is excellent and makes exploring Avignon very convenient.

Friendly & Responsive Staff: The team at the front desk was generally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Room Size: The room size was big enough.

Cons:

In-room Amenities: There was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room, and the bathroom has no AC and can be hot.

Cleanliness Issue: Unfortunately, on the morning of June 24th, 2026, I spotted a cockroach in my room.
I appreciated how the front desk make staff handled it. He immediately offered to move me to a new room. Since I had to head out for plans, he had the housekeeping team into the room to address right away and promised it would not happen.

Séjour agréable surtout en plain festival et canicule.
Pros:

Avons pu choisir une chambre côté cour ! Parfait, propreté, literie au top, climatisation. Des salons pour travailler avec mes collègues. La situation géographique. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Rien de précis ne me vient en tête.
