Bon emplacement mais des services à améliorer
Pros:

L'hôtel est très beau, personnel très sympathique, bon emplacement par rapport à l'aéroport.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de produits industriels, peut-on mettre plus de local ?
Sauna et hammam n'étaient pas mis à 7h du matin.
L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai eu très chaud.

Het was goed bereikbaar met de auto.

Cons:

We hebben lang moeten wachten alvorens we konden inchecken. Ook ben ik niet tevreden over de hygiëne van een kamer van bijna €900,-

I won't come back i don't recommend it.
Pros:

Nothing just clean like all 4 stars hotels

Cons:

Ac doesn't work for me
Of course i called the room service but they didn't answer.
I sent mail ... same thing no response.
The breakfast is poor.
In the morning in the lobby they just tell me sorry but we can't do nothing now.

Pros:

Las instalaciones estuvieron bien, pero la limpieza no fue tan buena, había telas de araña en las ventanas.
Y nos insectos que no se ni lo que eran , comparto fotos

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que no me devolvieron el cargador y el cable de mi móvil que lo dejé olvidado, llamé el mismo día por la tarde y dije que lo mandaría a recogerlo y no se lo dieron, porque no sabía que persona lo había guardado, el siguiente volví a llamar y me dijeron lo mismo, llamé a los tres días y que nadie lo había cogido el cargador.
El cargador quedó conectado en la mesilla, y lo cogió alguien. Y no le dió la gana de devolverlo.
