Great stay
Pros:

Staff at reception were lovely - room was great - breakfast was good and location was perfect for what we needed.

Cons:

The only reason it hasnt had a 10 and this is a personal picky reason - the coffee came from a machine at breakfast and i couldnt order a proper coffee. Not really a dislike just something important to me!!

Bathroom needs renovation and good clean
Pros:

Lobby. Swimming pool. Location close to airport ( taxi 18 euro bolt) and close to shopping mall.

Cons:

This is not 4* hotel. Lobby - is OK, but rooms - are old and need to be renewed. Look photos. It wasn’t comfortable to stay there and used bathroom.

Ok, however I wouldn’t return
Pros:

The lobby and outdoor area is very modern and picturesque, I also like that the hotel had a sauna. The gym was tiny with barely any machines or free weights

Cons:

The rooms and bathroom were rather dated, and major signs of wear and tear. The overall cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom was not good. There was a lot of dust all over the surfaces, mold in the bathroom, broken light fixtures and unsightly stains on the floors, bathroom. I ended up cleaning the room to my comfort. Also the coffee and teas in the room wasn’t very good. The pool was not heated so everyone got out when the sun went down. I had breakfast once because the hot items were stone cold, cold beans and eggs, limited choices. The staff were not very friendly. I was routinely ignored in the restaurant and the menu is very basic and expensive, not good value of money for the food, best to eat out!

Dear Hotel Manager,

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding our stay at your hotel.

We discovered a significant number of bugs/insects inside the lighting fixtures in our room. This was extremely concerning from a health and hygiene perspective and made us feel that the room was not suitable for us to stay in. We have videos showing the bugs inside the lighting fixtures, which we can provide as evidence.

The situation was serious enough that we had to leave the hotel and stay at another hotel to sleep that night. We ultimately cut our stay short by one day because we did not feel comfortable remaining at the hotel.

In addition, we were very disappointed to discover that the sauna and steam room were both out of order, without any prior notice. These facilities were an important reason for choosing your hotel, and we should have been informed of their unavailability.

Considering the health and hygiene concerns, the condition of the room, the unavailable facilities, the additional expense of having to stay elsewhere, and the fact that we had to leave one day early, we feel that the experience was completely unacceptable.

We are therefore requesting a full refund for our stay. We believe this is a reasonable resolution given the circumstances.

We would appreciate your prompt response and confirmation of how you intend to resolve this matter.

La instalación bonita, incluyendo las piscina pero al fondo del la piscina tenía mucha arena le faltaba como mantenimiento.

Cons:

la habitación no fue la que me salía en la imagen. Demasiado antigua se veía nuestra habitación. Y el baño no se diga. El piso como manchado.
