On arrival 5 staff ignored me at reception 2 of them on mobile phones.
Pool is a good size but falling apart, tiles missing and sharp edges everywhere plus a raised crack, rubbish left for two days around pool. On departure I was asked if I had taken the laundry bag and told I had to pay for it, fortunately I always video a room as I enter, torn curtains and general disrepair everywhere, shame as I visited here 25 years ago when the place was in its prime

It’s an aging hotel but it is conveniently located and comfortable. Has great facilities.
Pros:

Convenient location. Good facilities. Nice pool but very cold. Very comfortable.

Cons:

Pool too cold. Reception (not concierge) staff not friendly and no personality.

Zur Altstadt ist es 20 Minuten laufen. Links weg vom Hotel hat es viele Massage Salons die sich am Abend in ein Rotlicht

Grosses Zimmer. Viel Platz. Ruhig.

Cons:

Das Personal ist nicht so persönlich. Eher kurz angebunden und distanziert. Knappe Antwort und nicht sehr liebevoll.
