Pros:

Great location, clean rooms, great breakfast! Staff friendly.

Cons:

Just overpriced. Probably due to location but it is a pub and nearly £300 a night is a bit steep.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Very clean and excellent staff, all so very helpful and kind, making sure stay was pleasurable.
Menu was varied and food was excellent

Cons:

We liked everything about the Hotel

We coudnt fault anything.
We are looking forward to going back hopefully in November.

Good Value and Quality
Pros:

The white hart is what it says it is. Car Parking, Easy Checkin, Friendly, Welcoming, Clean, comfortable and all the facilities you need. Our room and facilities was of a high standard. The White Hart is on our return to list when visiting this area,

I will not stay again but it’ll work for white people.

The host - she was not pleasant with me, but was with others. Felt racism brewing from the way she behaved.

Very nice hotel - especially travelling with dogs
Pros:

Very pleasant hotel which was very welcoming to our two large dogs.
Excellent location virtually on the Thames. (Close to my sister-in_law.)
Had an enjoyable meal with relatives on the terrace.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey, but I suppose that's to be expected.
The hotel is located inside London's ULEZ, so I had to go through the hassle of registering my (foreign & non-compliant) vehicle.

Lovely stay in an excellent location
Pros:

Lovely room with excellent facilities and very comfortable.
Very friendly helpful staff.
Excellent breakfast - good choice and well prepared
Enjoyed the beer garden.
Perfect Location

Cons:

Shame the coffee machine in the bar was broken but that can happen and is nobody's fault.

Pros:

This is our second visit and it's perfect for a London stay. Car parking included, 5 min walk to train, 30 min walk to Hampton Court, great shops locally. Beautiful rooms, great bathroom, great choice for breakfast.
