Convent location as I was seeing friends in Hampton wick
Access to bedroom area on the ground floor was not restricted to guests as the self closing mechanism on the door from the public bar was inoperable, exposing a serious security risk for guests.
The “smart tv” facility on the television in my bedroom did not work and a continuous error code returned. Unfortunately, this was not repaired the following day, despite me reporting it.

I left my new trainers in the room by the table . I phoned the hotel that afternoon and explained they had been left in the room. Only to get a reply back that nothing had been found in the room by housekeeping and they had all gone home and to call back in the morning.
I called back the following morning to be told that they had “WhatsApp”d” the housekeeping team and nothing was left in the room.
This was blatantly a lie on the housekeeping department . I demanded they go through the cctv which they claim they did and they came back with nothing ! I was then told by the receptionist they could not ask the housekeeping team any further questions as it would be classed as “harassment “
The trainers in question were £650 “Chloe” trainers that had been stolen by the housekeeper that serviced the room, obviously wrapped them up in the dirty laundry put them on the service trolley, into the housekeeping room and put into there bag !!
No apology , no compensation and to be told they couldn’t do anything further.
Absolutely disgusting , I advise anyone that stays there to be very careful there is a very dishonest member within the team and a lack of customer service .

Room was clean and very comfortable.Breakfast was excellent. Good quality,wide choice and nicely cooked.Location was ideal for us. Close to the River and nearby shops at Kingston.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, das Personal äusserst freundlich und wir wurden rund um die Uhr bestens betreut. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot einen tollen Start in den Tag. Die Unterkunft liegt zudem nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Städtchen entfernt, sodass wir dieses bequem zu Fuss erreichen konnten. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Service – wir kommen gerne wieder!

It looked like a classic English inn. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The shower didn’t work well. It was scalding water. I asked for help and it seemed that I would have to jiggle the knobs a bit to get it to a decent temperature.
The hotel is well-situated and convenient. It is a lovely spot to stay in and is so much nicer than the large, generic, faceless hotel chains that dominate.
All of the staff were attentive, professional and courteous.
The restaurant was reasonably well priced (with a 15% discount).
The food was of good quality.
I was on the ground floor and it was a little gloomy but clean, well-appointed and comfortable.
The bathroom of my room (ground floor) was a little tired but otherwise clean and functional.
Room was spotlessly clean, with all amenities in full working order. Great food and staff who all went the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.
