Nice room, bit exposed to the carpark
Pros:

Nice position

Cons:

The window onto the carpark needs net or blinds, felt a bit exposed,only privacy was to pull down the dark blind and totally cut out all natural light. Was given room with disabled bathroom, I should have asked to change but found it not great to use.

Great accommodation, food with excellent and thoughtful customer service
Pros:

Great, comfortable room with everything we needed (including aircon!) and very quiet. Close location to the town. The food was very good and the staff were all excellent

This might sound silly, but showers were really easy to figure out. Also there was an option for the rain head (which I don’t like) and a shower wand (I would call it). I don’t always like to get my hair and as short woman, it’s not always easy to avoid. The staff was super friendly.

Great stay and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was beautiful. Spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast was first class.
The bathroom was large with a good shower.
The position of the hotel was perfect for us to see friends.
We would definitely recommend this hotel as the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Nothing could have been better!

Friendly and efficient staff, nice rooms, perfect for public transport, not least to Heathrow. Good pub too. We have come here a lot and it has never disappointed.
