La cama grande y las dos duchas

Le camere al primo piano sono di super design: una vera esperienza.
Comoda la piscina.
La colazione è molto migliorabile: la parte dolce non era un granché.
In camera le prese per caricare il telefono sono molto scomode.

Al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato di dover pagare una cauzione nonostante avessi mandato una mail settimane prima per avere info. Anche il pagamento del soggiorno l'hanno voluto anticipato ma il loro sistema pos non accettava bancomat italiani (pin a 5 cifre), hanno provato e riprovato più volte con il mio fino a bloccarlo. Allora ho proposto di fare un bonifico istantaneo ma non lo hanno accettato. Hanno provato allora un vecchio, a dir loro, pos e finalmente mio marito e riuscito a pagare con il suo bancomat ma la cauzione non riuscivamo perché la banca aveva dubbi sulla transizione sospetta all'estero (truffe) e quindi ha bloccato anche quello di mio marito. A quel punto chiedo se posso pagare in contanti la cauzione e mi dicono che allora sarebbe stata doppia. Inizio vacanze da incubo. Ps: La stanza piena di polvere (figlia 7enne ha fatto le prove alla barbieri)

シャワーブースに扉がなく驚いた
Las camas fueron muy cómodas. La localización del hotel es buena.
La ducha no tenía puerta, por lo que no tenías privacidad al compartir habitación y además, sentías frío al ducharte por el aire acondicionado. El baño no tenía escobilla. La puerta del baño era rara para cerrar. Se oía muchísimo el tráfico de la calle. La puerta del armario no se abría, la tuvieron que forzar. La nevera estaba dentro del armario con un candado, no le vi mucho sentido. Me pareció muy caro para el servicio que obtuvimos.
La décoration.
The hotel is near the airport, 12 minutes by car. Its a bit far from the city centre but there is a metro 5 minutes from the hotel. There are shops and restaurants around the area. Each floor of the hotel has a distinct design which is interesting. The hotel staff were friendly and approachable. It has an outdoor pool, 3 restaurants and a gym.

El wifi no es el mejor. No sé que tenga de “América” este hotel, no vi ninguna bandera americana o fotos de Machu Pichu o La Playa de Ipanema, por ejemplo, en el ascensor, pone los pisos de personas en inglés.
Al ingresar, se tardaron mucho en hacerme check in, se había ido la luz en recepción y el sistema tardó en volver.
