I liked the cleanliness

Cons:

The room's design was terrible; it offered zero functional comfort. It was all design, but the customer's comfort was completely disregarded.The lack of a shower cabin and the constant overflowing of water was very annoying. Despite being a five-star hotel, daily drinking water was not provided in the rooms. There was only complimentary water upon arrival. There were no slippers in the room either. However, they brought them after we called.

Pros:

El personal es muy atento, amable y detallista. Mención especial a Alex de recepción.

Cons:

Tanto diseño vanguardista hace que haya cosas en las habitaciones poco prácticas. Por ejemplo, una bañera con ducha sin ningún tipo de mampara o separación hace que se pueda salir el agua.
