Le bruit de la climatisation et tuyauterie, l'immensité de l'hôtel qui rend l'établissement moins personnel. Le personnel au petit déjeuner ne parle pas anglais,même pour commander un café

Pros:

Another fantastic stay at Shangri-La Pudong Shanghai. The views were breathtaking, the breakfast was excellent, and the tennis court was a wonderful addition. Complimentary coffee and water.

Shangri-La never disappoints — outstanding service, great facilities, and a memorable experience every time. We look forward to returning!
