Fabulous well located hotel - hope to stay again
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff and excellent customer service.
Particular commendations to the ladies on the breakfast service.

Cons:

There was a slight hiccup booking the spa but was swiftly resolved.

我丢了两顶帽子，帽子是放在车上的，车钥匙给酒店的人员后车被开车走了，不知道停在哪儿的，开车离开维罗纳后，想戴帽子的时候才发现后排的帽子不见了。酒店的回答就是没见过不知道。

Some brilliant aspects and some not so good.
Pros:

Excellent location and exceptional staff. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The panoramic terrace offers beautiful views across Verona and it was wonderful to sit there in the sun with a cocktail. My mother would like to thank the management for their thoughtful birthday gifts which were a delightful surprise.

Cons:

Unfortunately my mother who is 78 has mobility issues following a stroke and she hoped that the bathroom would be accessible as advertised. It had some grab rails and a walk-in shower but the floor was made from marble and it was so slippery that she fell over. The staff attempted to sort out the problem by putting rubber mats across the floor. As I am her carer I had asked to be in a room near to hers but this was incorrect on arrival. Her first room had to be changed as it was non-accessible. The second room had the problems listed above. I had to use a lift all through the night to attend to her which was inconvenient. The lifts were very small for her wheelchair but we managed in the end.

Location is great. Easy walk to all the major sights. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lovely little rooftop bar

Don't miss this hotel when visiting Verona!
Pros:

The staff at the breakfast setting are fantastic. The fragrance throughout the entire hotel is captivating. The rooftop area for drinks or a meal is picturesque and the staff are wonderful. The location is the best in the city. It is an altogether must-experience hotel.

Cons:

One point to mention - the choice of music and the loudness does NOT suit the quality of the hotel. We had some work to do on our laptops in the lounge area and we couldn't block out the noise. The same in the breakfast room. The likes of Due Torre should have much more subtle, soft sounds in music. It is my only grouch about a lovely hotel.

We recently stayed at Due Torri Hotel and it was truly an exceptional, five-star experience from start to finish.

Every single person we encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. You can tell the entire team takes pride in making guests feel taken care of. Whether it was the doorman greeting us, the front desk offering thoughtful recommendations, the staff serving cocktails, or the housekeeping team, every interaction was warm and seamless.

The front desk suggested several restaurants during our stay, and every single one was outstanding. That level of consistency speaks volumes about their attention to detail and local knowledge.

It’s rare to find a place where the service is this consistently excellent across the board. We felt incredibly well cared for throughout our entire stay.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will absolutely be back. Thank you!
