Unfassbar einfach nichts. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel

So Eine furchtbare Unterkunft ein 4 Sterne Hotel , unfassbar schlecht . Wir sind sofort wieder Ausgecheckt. Haben wirklich schon so viele Hotels gebucht über Booking.com. Doch das war wirklich vom Check In bis zum Zimmer alles schlecht . Für diesen Preis nicht fair. Die Teppiche überall Flecken und Dreck .

el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado, llegamos con 32 grados de temperatura y nos esperaba un mini ventilador en la habitación
La cena fue un desastre, dos horas para que nos sirvieran, nos fuimos y les avisamos que al rato volveriamos por el postre, nos dijeron ok. Cuando regresamos no había más postres. Como nos retiramos quejándonos nos ofrecian helado. Muy mala la atención. Cuando exigimos explicaciones nos dijeron que la persona a cargo de la cocina se había visto desbordada por la cantidad de gente pero el salón comedor NO estaba completo
Las maletas que uno deja en el hotel en depósito, quedan tiradas en el hall, no te dan comprobante, nadie controla nada, es un espacio libre en el que cada uno lleva la valija que quiere. Nada de seguridad.
el desayuno permanece con faltantes por largo rato, por ejemplo quesos fataron por media hora. No había fruta, a los 20 minutos trajeron fruta cortada

A hotel named after lazy managers and a huge number of flies! It's like breakfast was stolen in the neighbouring hotel, what's left! There's a three-digit number of flies on it! Dinner at the restaurant is disgusting, the cook is just not professional! It's not French cuisine!

This is a great place to stay to visit Mont St Michel with a good breakfast and super convenient location.
Pros:

The location is amazing for a visit to Mont St Michel. We had an incredible view of the Mont St Michel from our room, too, and it was really spacious.

It’s a little dated.

Our family spent two wonderful nights in excellent, spacious rooms with high ceilings and a breathtaking view of Mont Saint-Michel. The hotel has the absolute perfect location for admiring the castle, and everything inside was comfortable, convenient, and well-designed. We are completely delighted with our stay and highly recommend this place!

Cons:

However, our experience was marred by poor organization: the hotel forgot to send us the parking code, causing entry issues and forcing us to pay €25 upon departure. Additionally, the service at the restaurant was disappointing, with a waiting time of over two hours, and they completely forgot to bring our dessert.

Pros:

Läget är fantastiskt! Enkelt att gå från hotellet till Mont-Saint-Michel. Gratisbussar går också fram och tillbaka om man vill åka istället. Vi hade ett fint och bekvämt rum och kunde se Mont-Saint-Michel därifrån. Härlig balkong. Parkeringen var också stor och bra precis vid hotellet.

Cons:

Vi hade problem med att använda koden till bommen. Flera före oss hade också det och vände för att ringa hotellet. Vi hade läst i tidigare recensioner att detta är ett återkommande problem och var förberedda. Vi pratade med hotellet via biljettmaskinen vid bommen och fick ut biljetten direkt. Ingen luftkonditionering i rummet, men det visste vi när vi bokade och därför var det riktigt skönt med balkongen.

J’ai prit la formule en demi pension et j’ai été agréablement surprise de la qualité des plats ce n’est pas en buffet mais à la carte et franchement de bons plats bien présentés et très appétissant. De plus bel emplacement de l’hôtel prêt du mont saint Michel et vue de celui ci depuis certaines chambres et de la terrasse où on mange . Côte chambre bel espace , literie confortable et belle terrasse . Et le personnel au top très sympathique et à l’écoute .

Qua ligging een echte topper

Locatie is een echt pluspunt

Cons:

Misschien toch wel eens een opfrisbeurt nodig. (Kamers en opnemen bestelling)
Het diner was totaal anders dan voordien gezien op internet. Alles was BBQ met als gevolg heel lange wachttijden vooral onze eerste avond.
