Camera ampia

Cons:

Le finestre non si aprivano
Hanno pulito la camera e non hanno rimesso l’acqua di cortesia.
Non c’erano né la spazzolino nulla.
Hai finito il sapone nel dispenser del lavandino e non l’hanno riempito.
La colazione era scarsissima, pochissima scelta

Gym was ok

Cons:

Rooms were only cleaned every 2 days IF you asked, except they don’t tell you that you need to ask. On the 3rd day I had to defend my request to have the room cleaned. Unacceptable.

My sheets were not clean and fresh and they had to come change them before I could go to bed. The service person brought the wrong size sheets before being able to get it done.

Overall great stay
Pros:

The staff is phenomenal, and very welcoming environment. Rooms are great size.

Cons:

Only downfall was the pool. Looked and felt like pool hasn't had a good full clean in quite some time. Other thing was the shower heads in room were very dirty.

Cons:

Although I booked online and my card was charged, I arrived at the hotel after coming all the way from YYZ just to learn that they did not have any more rooms available. Do not trust that the booking.com reservation actually worked.
