In Ordnung, aber den Preis nicht wert

-Frühstück im unique Bereich
-Zugang zum Strand
-Nähe zum yumbo center

Cons:

-Hotel ist alt, Renovierung ist notwendig
-Essen abends das Geld nicht wert (kalt, zu wenig Auswahl, Publikum hat nur schwache Tischmanieren)
-die Fahrstühle sind nicht klimatisiert und sehr langsam
-im Bad ist es mir Licht dennoch recht dunkel

J aime beaucoup cet hôtel en 2 mois j ai séjourné 16 nuits tout près de l ocean et la promenade.🏊🥰 le repas est bon ..

Maintenant ce que j ai pas apprécié
Mon deuxième séjour en août septembre j ai séjourné côté mer après 7 nuits j ai rajouté 2 nuits donc j ai du changé de chambre a la limite je comprends mais on m'a attribué avec vue jardin.... une chambre de luxe n est pas côté jardin
J ai payé le prix fort...
j ai posé la question a la réception ... on m'a dit il y a d autres nouveaux clients qui arrivent.

Résultat je ne viendrais plus ici par rapport a la considération .🙏2 voyages en 2 mois dans le même hôtel c est pas rien...pour entendre il y a d autres nouveau client qui arrivent

Кухня відпрацювала на 100% . Виходили кухарі, цікавились, що ми їмо, як нам їжа, щось рекомендували.
Вид з номера, це ВАУ!!!

Cons:

Потрібно посміхатися персоналу, дуже вони серйозні і непривітливі.
Немає питної води ,в пляшках, у номері.

Localización cerca a la playa.

Cons:

El Todo Incluido del Snack Bar, en cuanto a comida se refiere, muy mal. No había variedad, y casi siempre estaba vacío porque no reponían. El personal veía a los clientes acercándose y esperando a que repongan, y no hacían nada.

Vista panoramica sull'oceano e sulle dune, stanza molto spaziosa e luminosa e vicinanza al mare.
Personale sempre gentile e professionale. "Albergo molto bello e pulito, posizione ottima. Cucina sia a colazione ,pranzo or cena superlativa e con menu molto vari. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo"

Non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi. Sono stata accolta benissimo e tutto è stato perfetto👍🏻

El wifi iba muy mal y la gente no se pasaba una ducha antes de entrar en la piscina. Aunque lo podias leer en las normas dw la piscina, nadie lo cumplia

Unprofessional Restaurant Conduct Overshadowed an Otherwise Pleasant Stay

The only positive aspect was the reception team, who were kind, helpful, and the complete opposite of the restaurant staff.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience with the restaurant staff. They were consistently rude, scolding us for simple questions, responding in an unprofessional tone, and even telling us to “go complain at reception” instead of addressing their own behavior. Their attitude was unempathetic and made the entire meal experience uncomfortable.

El colchón es de pésima calidad. Lo leí en comentarios antes de completar la reserva y pensé que eran exageraciones , pero la realidad lo supera.
