Unprofessional Restaurant Conduct Overshadowed an Otherwise Pleasant Stay

The only positive aspect was the reception team, who were kind, helpful, and the complete opposite of the restaurant staff.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience with the restaurant staff. They were consistently rude, scolding us for simple questions, responding in an unprofessional tone, and even telling us to “go complain at reception” instead of addressing their own behavior. Their attitude was unempathetic and made the entire meal experience uncomfortable.

Relax con vista oceano !
Pros:

Ottima posizione,staff gentile e disponibile ,pulizia impecabile ,la varietà dei pasti per la cena .Il check out posticipato è stato il top ,ovviamente lo fanno solo se possibile ,non siamo stati fortunati .

Cons:

Non c’è niente che non mi è piaciuto ,avrei gradito un servizio paruchiera tra i tanti che offrono .

Excelente ubicación a pie de Playa del Inglés. Hotel espacioso y buen ambiente.

La habitación no era la adecuada para tres adultos.De hecho en la web del hotel esta ofertada para dos adultos.Pusieron una cama supletoria donde hay un butacón habitualmente y el butacón lo pusieron en la terraza.
