great size and location, but needs an upgrade.

size of apartment and location

Cons:

although the apartment was large and suited us, the dated appliances were not good and needs upgrading - toaster, oven.
the door handle to one of the ensuites fell off and locked my friend in the bathroom.

Pros:

So close to everything. The tram stop is right at the door.

Cons:

Only negative which was very minor. On our last night from returning after a big day at magic round in Brisbane, we got off the tram and It was pouring rain. The back gate to the hotel was out of order, we had to navigate the long way to the front door in the pouring rain.

Good location but our room was not good
Pros:

Location was good, tram stop to everything was directly outside.

Cons:

The room we were given was damaged and not at an acceptable level. We were in 802b and when we first arrived it smelled very damp and musty. The room is in need of a major refresh. The bathroom door did not close due water damage and swelling, mould spots on bathroom ceiling, disgusting damaged bed headboards. Water damaged bathroom vanity, damaged plaster walls. Very loud traffic noise. No phone charging points.
