Cons:

TV had some issues and the shower needs the screen corners to be clean. Smell from laundry room should be addressed.

The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. The prices were reasonable for the room.

Good location with easy access to trams, beach etc
Pros:

Very handy location with tram stop directly out the back of the hotel.
Not noisy, have stayed at a number of hotels at Gold Coast and a few were extremely noisy due to construction activities, nightlife etc

Cons:

It was a lovely hotel; convenient, friendly staff and great amenities - perfect for families.
Pros:

Pools and restaurants were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are a little dated, however they have everything travelling families need.

Far exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The location is excellent, and tram stop right outside. Clean, comfortable beds, everything you need.
Also I have to mention the reception staff, they were nicest ever come across!! Genuine, helpful, really excellent.
