It was well kept and clean. The facilities were adequate and met our needs.

Pros:

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Ausblick in den Inmenhof. Schwimmbad sehr schön und angenehme Temperatur. Sehr freundlicher, sogar deutschsprachiger Empfang an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Badekappenpflicht im Schwimmbad, mussten wir kaufen.

Außen schön, im Detail aber…
Pros:

Frühstück war ok. Insgesamt sehr gepflegtes Gebäude. Bei Ankunft sehr hilfsbereiter Kollege an Rezeption ( leider nur dann, s.u.)

Cons:

Heizung funktionierte zwei Tage lang nicht(!) Trotz Vorsprache an Rezeption. Ausrede man hätte(!) uns ein anderes Zimmer anbieten wollen, aber uns nicht erreicht ( weder Telefon, Mail, Zettel in Zimmer…???).
Fitnessbereich nicht sauber, das ist schade, denn das Clybaun macht gerade mit Pool, Wellness, Fitness Werbung
