Pratique pour acceder à Florence
Pros:

L établissement est bien placé pour rejoindre Florence en bus, même la nuit
La chambre de 4 est grande
Le stationnement est aisé

Cons:

Les lits sont assez disparates ( grand lit mou, un des lits individuels dur)
Réveil brutal et tôt le matin (7-8h) par le service qui apporte les draps sur des charriots qui doivent passer une marche

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la luminosità e la vista della stanza, tutto pulitissimo, aria condizionata funzionante, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima colazione, staff super gentile e simpatico, posizione ottima per quello che dovevo fare!

Cons:

Forse l’unica cosa è complicato trovare parcheggio ma il resto nulla da dire!!

Kein Parkplatz, kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen, Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch. Nur 1 Espresso zum Frühstück, nur eine Sorte Wurst und Käse, kein Gemüse.

Pros:

Buena ubicación. No está en el centro pero en la misma puerta hay una parada de bus que te lleva al centro en 15 minutos. Aparcamiento relativamente fácil en la misma calle.

Cons:

La habitación estaba bien, pero no tenía agua potable y el agua de la ducha salía fría. El desayuno demasiado básico.

Gostei do tamanho do quarto, a qualidade das camas e do chuveiro.

Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi

Cons:

Finestre senza tende oscuranti e scuretto poco oscurante anzi per nulla .
Acqua non potabile nella stanza !! Nessuno ci aveva avvisati e segnalato solo tramite piccola etichetta a lato del lavandino . Nessuna bottiglietta d’acqua disponibile e spazio comune chiuso a chiave durante la notte . Quindi bisogna rifornirsi a carico propio di acqua per la notte e per altri bisogni .
Asciugamani : uno solo a persona per fare tutto
Sapone per lavarsi limitato
Mancanza di bidet

Séjour parfait dans un secteur très calme. Beau jardin
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans un petit bungalow tout confort dans le parc de la villa. Parfait à part les moustiques…. Petite terrasse privée pour prendre l’apéro !

Cons:

Stationnement gratuit dans la rue mais difficile de trouver une place. Localisation parfaite et très calme.

Genel olarak temiz, güvenli, kalınabilirliği olan bir tesis.
Pros:

Sabah kahvaltısıyla ilgilenen beyefendi çok ilgiliydi teşekkür ederiz. Şehir merkezinde değil ama ulaşımı çok kolay. Tesise çok yakın en az 3 farklı otobüs hattı vardı. Ama bunlarla uğraşmak istemiyorum derseniz şehir merkezini tercih edebilirsiniz.

Cons:

Odalarda buzdolabı olmaması(ekstra kiralama), ütü, kahve veya su ısıtıcısı olmamasından memnun kalmadım.

Good value, Comfotable.
Pros:

Well kept and comfortable room and central dining area. The property grounds are also pretty. The operators were very friendly and helpful. They really made the B&B feel like home. Shower and bathroom was large enough for two at once. We had a small balcony overlooking the front garden. Breakfast was basic but good. The Bus to the old town was right across the street.

Cons:

Being our first time in Florence we didn't know the lay of the land, so to speak. While there is a bus stop across the street from Villa Gelsomino that takes one very close to the City Center, walking to the City Center, while not arduous, was a hike. Eveything about Villa Gelsomino was wonderful. But next time we will stay in the City Center where we spend most of our time. If you want a great place for good value, Villa Gelsomino fits the bill.
