Až na prítomnosť psov, si hotel zachováva vysokú úroveň kvality.
Pros:

Keďže sme tam boli piaty krát, vypovedá to o spokojnosti. Krásne prostredie, hotelový bazén, blízkosť mora, príjemné izby s terasou, ochotný personál, dobré jedlo.

Cons:

Tento hotel sme si vybrali pred 5 rokmi z dôvodu, že ubytovať sa mohli len dospelí. Tento rok nám dobrý pocit z minulých rokov pokazil fakt, že v hoteli už boli ubytovaní aj hostia so psami, z čoho nutne vychádza premisa, že pes je v podstate povýšený nad dieťa ! Pochopiteľne s tým bola spojená už aj prítomnosť psích exkrementov v tráve parku.

Pritomnost psov a fekalie po psoch na travniku v parku. Ak nemozu byt pritomne deti mala by byt zakazana aj pritomnost zvierat. Pre tak kvalitny hotel a super sluzby je toto neziaduce a obtazujuce.

Pros:

J’ai passé une excellente nuit à l’Falkensteiner Hotel Adriana. Malgré la courte durée de mon séjour, j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’ambiance intimiste, calme et reposante de cet hôtel réservé aux adultes.
L’accueil a été très chaleureux et le personnel particulièrement agréable. Le spa est remarquable et permet de profiter d’un véritable moment de détente. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée et très propre. La literie était excellente, ce qui m’a permis de passer une très bonne nuit.
Une très belle découverte que je recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent un cadre paisible et relaxant tout en restant dans les environs de la busy Town of Zadar :).

Cons:

J’ai malheureusement été un peu déçu par certains aspects de mon séjour à l’Falkensteiner Hotel Adriana.
Tout d’abord, je trouve regrettable qu’un établissement classé 4 étoiles ne dispose pas d’ascenseur. Les espaces extérieurs à l’entrée de l’hôtel manquent également de charme. Cependant, une fois passé la façade, l’intérieur de l’établissement est très agréable et bien entretenu.
Concernant la restauration, un seul restaurant est proposé pour le dîner, avec une carte identique ou très proche entre le midi et le soir. Le choix m’a semblé assez limité et certains plats donnaient l’impression d’être préparés à partir de produits surgelés. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner était très satisfaisant, varié et de bonne qualité.
Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter des piscines, dont l’eau était particulièrement froide, à tel point que la mer située juste en face paraissait plus agréable. Heureusement, le spa, de grande qualité, a largement compensé ce point et a constitué l’un des points forts de notre séjour.
Malgré ces quelques réserves, l’hôtel offre une ambiance calme et reposante, idéale pour se détendre dans leur beau jardin terrasse.

Pros:

Wonderful gardens, pool area and amazing breakfast. Staff very friendly and so close to great beach, sea swimming area. Great water pressure in the bathroom.

Cons:

Not a big complaint but I think a more proactive bar service for the pool area - as you expect bar service in a 4 star hotel at the pool. You had go back to main bar to find barman and they only opened a mini bar near pool on the last day. Non ideal appointed bathroom in room meant water tended to flood bathroom when you shower. Small issue.

Beautiful and pleasant relaxing stay.
Pros:

It’s an old but recently renovated hotel with beautiful surroundings, truly amazing garden and the pool area. The hotel restaurant has beautiful outdoor area, and food is delicious. Staff at the restaurant is definitely exceeding expectations at their service skills. The rest of the staff, reception, bar, everyone is just on top of their tasks.
It’s definitely hotel for peaceful and quiet vacation. It takes 10 minutes to the old town with the taxi.

Pros:

Die Aussicht der Zimmer vom Balkon war enttäuschend. Zweite Etage und es gab keinen Fahrstuhl. Das Personal, der Garten, der Service waren SUPER. Es gab keinen Strand aber einen wunderschönen Pool und Garten.
Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Lokacija i okoliš

Cons:

Dočekala nas je soba sa pokvarenom klimom. Tako da smo prvu noć proveli u sauni i nespavajući od sparine i vrućine. Tek nakon našeg zahtjeva sljedeći dan navečer smo dobili drugi smještaj. I još smo se morali sa njihovim majstorima baviti 2 dana na godišnjem.
Sa tom cjenom za noćenje nedopustivo je da nitko nije provjerio sobu prije naseg dolaska te da nam samostalno nisu ponudili odmah promjenu smještaja istu noć.
I još su se svi čudili mojoj reakciji jer sam izrazila nezadovoljstvo.
Očekivali smo puno više.

Fabulous restful stay in the adult only hotel
Pros:

We stayed in adult only hotel in June so it was lovely and quiet. Really lovely staff, great pool (note it is unheated), good grounds, close to sea for swimming. Coffee machine in room appreciated.

Cons:

Spa facilities excellent, but no adult only times, so found parents with
kids and inflatables in jacuzzi and sauna areas. Maybe hotel can put a policy into place by high season? No tap water provided at dinner, forced to purchase a bottle, seems a weird rule when we paid a lot for stay and they were otherwise generous with things like coffee pods in rooms.
