No lift (elevator). An adults only hotel having to carry suitcases up and down stairs. There is enough room to install a lift.
Restaurant not geared up for a la carte meals. They want you to go for the set menu. They have an a la carte option but it seems problematic to them if you order from it.
Hotel w starym budynku z kamienia wśród przepięknych pinii i innych drzew z cudowną atmosferą zarówno dzień jak i wieczorem. Wspaniały bufet śniadaniowy, możliwość zamówienia dodatkowo posiłku z karty. Cisza i spokój, basen usytuowany w ogrodzie, możliwość skorzystania z leżaków oraz huśtawek, hamaków i ławek. Położenie praktycznie w centrum Zadaru, półgodzinny spacer do starego miasta. Można skorzystać z taksówki wodnej. Obiekt dla dorosłych. Ogromny i wygodny parking bezpłatny.
Zimna woda w basenie, ale do pływania ok. Spa i zajęcia sportowe odbywają nie w hotelu obok, ok. 200 m dojścia. Mi to absolutnie nie przeszkadzało.
Obiekt jest stary i zaniedbany, wymaga pilnego remontu, wykładziny na korytarzu brudne i brzydko pachną, w basenie glony, kelner nie wie jak ugotować jajko na miękko, zamiast obrusów plastikowe podkładki na stole,

man versuchte durch Einrichtung einen schöneres Ambiente zu gestalten aber die Gebäude zu alt, Einrichtungen sowohl alt....Bedienung zwar freundlich aber man fühlte sich wie im ehemaligen komunistischen Jugoslawien.....

Room view vas very dissapointing. We weren't able to go on our balcony because of the bad smell and the view on a old kitchen roof. It was very loud and hot because of pipes and airconditioning from the kitchen. It was bad to sleep under the aircon and we could't sleep with our windows open. Aircon in the room was very loud. Bathroom doors didn't work properly and a shower was very small. Dinner is a la carte with only 2 options and if you don't like it there is no option to choose something you like. There is no description with ingredients of the meal. Pork is used in almost every meal. Staff was overall nice, except one waitress who was very unpolite. Constantly calling us in the restaurant, she was loud. In the peace of this place we constantly heard her ordering her collegues and coming to our table too many times at a peacefull meal. Pool area is nice, but the pool was dirty inside with mouldy tiles. Hotel doesn't have a private beach, and a public beach in front of the hotel is small and dirty. Outside parking is near the hotel, on stones and grass with no shade.
The property was beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The location was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings.
Everything was very good overall. We had a wonderful stay and there was nothing major that we disliked.
