Pros:

Naše bivanje v hotelu je bilo preprosto čudovito in zagotovo se bomo še vrnili!
Od prvega do zadnjega dne smo bili navdušeni. Hotel je izjemno čist in urejen, prav tako so bile sobe in vsi skupni prostori vedno brezhibno pospravljeni. Res se vidi, da je za čistočo in urejenost zelo dobro poskrbljeno.
Hrana je bila odlična – zelo raznolika, sveža in okusna. Vsak dan je bilo na voljo ogromno izbire, tako da je lahko vsak našel nekaj zase. Tudi pri obrokih je bilo vse zelo lepo organizirano.
Posebna pohvala gre celotnemu osebju. Vsi so bili izjemno prijazni, ustrežljivi in nasmejani. Pri potovanju z majhnimi otroki je tak odnos še posebej pomemben in tukaj smo se počutili res dobrodošle.
Animacije so bile odlične, pestre in primerne tudi za najmlajše. Otroka sta neizmerno uživala, mi starši pa smo lahko za trenutek brezskrbno uživali skupaj z njima. Program je bil ravno prav raznolik in nikoli dolgočasen.
Zelo so nam bili všeč tudi bazeni, urejenost okolice in celotna ponudba hotela. Vse je bilo premišljeno tako, da lahko družina resnično uživa in se sprosti.
Najbolj pa bi izpostavila občutek, ki smo ga dobili v tem hotelu – občutek, da so gostje res pomembni. Odnos do otrok je bil čudovit, osebje pa je bilo vedno pripravljeno pomagati.
Za družine z majhnimi otroki hotel iskreno priporočam. Naš dopust je bil zaradi celotne ekipe še lepši in odšli smo domov z res lepimi spomini.
Hvala celotni ekipi za čudovit dopust! Zagotovo se še vrnemo! ❤️

A superb hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and relaxed. We were so grateful for the dining hall managers, Ante and Marija, as they did everything they could to ensure that those in our party with allergies were confident that every meal was safe for them to eat.
The entertainment was well thought through, there was something for everyone. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the kids were having a good time.
The hotel is well located.

Cons:

We were at this hotel for 10 nights. The male staff at the pool bar were grumpy for 9 out of 10 of those!

Ovo je bio potpuni užitak bez razmišljanja o ičemu — osim o tome kako se moram vratiti u normalan život, i to s nekoliko
Pros:

Nema nikakvih skrivenih troškova – sve je uključeno u cijenu i svega ima u izobilju. Osoblje je iznimno pristupačno, ljubazno i nasmijano. Večera je definitivno najbolji dio obroka, a snack bar je odličan dodatak tijekom dana. Lokacija je savršena, pješčana plaža se nalazi odmah preko puta ograde, a ležaljki ima i više nego dovoljno. Tople preporuke!"

Cons:

Kao jedini mali minus naveo bih lift koji se duže čeka, manjih je dimenzija ako imate dječja kolica, a display je uništen pa se lako ode na krivi kat. Također, na doručku ne bi škodio malo veći izbor salama. Ipak, to su samo sitnice koje nimalo ne umanjuju cjelokupan dojam niti bi me spriječile da ponovno dođem. S obzirom na cijenu, vjerujem da će se i ti detalji s vremenom riješiti. Tople preporuke!

Bardzo smaczne jedzenie i duży wybór dań.

Serdeczny i bardzo miły personel. Szczególne podziękowania dla barmana Aleksandra oraz pani z Ukrainy, która sprzątała nasz pokój – to naprawdę wyjątkowo serdeczne i życzliwe osoby.

Cały personel był tak zaangażowany w swoją pracę, że wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie.

Świetna atmosfera! Poranne zajęcia Aqua Gym były super, a trenerzy fitness są bardzo sympatyczni, potrafią świetnie zmotywować i dodać energii. Mają również bardzo fajny program zajęć – zdecydowanie warto organizować więcej takich aktywności!

Wieczorami panuje wspaniała atmosfera, a muzyka na żywo to coś naprawdę wyjątkowego. Brakowało nam jedynie trochę więcej muzyki DJ-skiej, żeby również dorośli mogli wieczorem potańczyć i pobawić się przy bardziej rozrywkowej muzyce.

Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i szczerze polecamy ten hotel! Dziękujemy za wspaniałe chwile i niezapomniane wrażenia! ❤️

Cons:

Niestety nie wszystkie gniazdka elektryczne w pokoju i w łazience działały, dlatego suszarkę trzeba było używać w pokoju.

W pokoju było również trochę za mało światła. Przydałoby się więcej mocniejszego, jasnego oświetlenia, szczególnie wieczorem.
