El hotel funciona como un reloj a pesar de todas las familias que hay. Todo está limpio, la comida es estupenda y el personal es muy eficiente. Está en una zona tranquila pero desde la que se puede acceder fácilmente a la ciudad. La infraestructura, el equipo y el programa de entretenimiento para los niños son, sin duda, lo mejor: hicieron que la estancia con nuestro hijo fuera estupenda y que el peque estuviera deseando estar todo el tiempo en el hotel.
El wifi va fatal. La única manera de que poder usarlo es bajar a la zona común. A la habitación llega a duras penas, lo cual es un gran inconveniente cuando no se tienen datos y se quiere planear una excursión o hacer una videollamada. Otra pega es que el mobiliario de la habitación no está muy bien cuidado: la cama hacía un ruido tremendo a cada mínimo movimiento, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba y en general se ve que no se invirtió mucho en materiales... Pero es lo de menos, sobre todo si uno pasa la mayor parte del día fuera de la habitación.

The resort was beautiful in a lovely location near the beach and marina with easy access by uber or bus to old town.
Staff were lovely.
Room and hotel was exceptionally clean.
Thoughtful touches and extras such as robes in room and mini bar refreshments on arrival.

No air con in rooms and heating still on.
No entertainment for adults or teens at all the entire stay!!!! Even children’s section was completely closed off so we couldn’t even enjoy the secondhand music and dances.
Unable to use sauna spa as family session 9am-11am packed with small children then nude spa rest of day! Not allowed in at all with bathing costume which we were unaware of.
Food was nice and fresh but lots of oil used at breakfast for eggs/omelettes and somewhat repetitive meals.

W „starej części” hotelu słabo działał internet w pokoju, klimatyzacja ustawiana centralnie- było za ciepło, pomogło otwarcie okna. Latem wolałbym sterować indywidualnie.
