2nd stay and will return again
Pros:

Second time choosing to stay with Nine Tree. Rooms though compact size, has all that we need and accord a comfortable stay. Short walk to Dongdaemun metro which has 3 lines and hence is easy to move around. No lack of convenience stores, eating outlets and retail outlets within walking distance. Airport bus 6001 stops in front of the hotel too.

Overall pleasant stay
Pros:

Clean and convenient. Near subway and walkable distance to Gwangjang market.
Airport bus is just at doorstep.

Cons:

The aircon is centralised and we can’t adjust it if it is too cold.
Room a bit small

Przyjemny hotel z pewnymi niedociągnięciami
Pros:

Hotel jest ładny i nowoczesny, w dobrej lokalizacji. Czystość bez zarzutu, przestronne łazienki. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Przy checkinie nie dostaliśmy voucherów na śniadania, przez co odmówiono nam wstępu do restauracji. Nie byłam w tym momencie pewna, czy śniadanie było wliczone w opłatę za pokój, i nie udało mi się na szybko znaleźć tej informacji w podsumowaniu rezerwacji, więc nie zgłosiłam tego obsłudze. Natomiast później okazało się, że faktycznie przysługiwały nam śniadania. Pomyłki się zdarzają, ale uważam, że w hotelu, który pretenduje do wyższej półki, jest to pomyłka dość znacząca i że powinno to zostać ponownie sprawdzone w momencie, w którym pojawiłam się w restauracji na śniadaniu.
Drugim minusem był niewielki pokój, w którym brakowało miejsca na rozłożenie bagażu, ale jest to typowe dla Seulu.

Well located hotel, spotlessly clean, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room. Late checkout available for a small extra cost

Splendid place to stay~ near to most places of interest.
Pros:

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, no problem to communicate in English. Best part is I can order Korean Fried Chicken with the staff and it will be delivered at your mentioned date and time, perfect for midnight snack!

Cons:

The entrance to the door is not quite stroller or wheelchair friendly as the aluminium door doesnt have a partial lock mechanism, i have to hold it open with one hand to prevent the door from closing, and another hand to manuveur the stroller into the property.
