According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Localização excelente, bom café da manhã, simpatia dos funconários
Conforto e limpeza.
Poderia ter mais opções sem glúten no café da manhã. Sei que isso é muito específico, e para a maioria das pessoas não faz diferença, mas para quem é celíaco muda tudo.
A localização do hotel é boa. O atendimento foi eficiente. A limpeza do quarto estava boa e o café da manhã é bom.
Pressão do chuveiro é muito fraca. Além disso as camas não são confortáveis.
Quartos antigos, camas com colchão bem usado
Ao tomar banho, o banheiro estava com um mega vazamento no box. Comunicamos a recepção e também recebemos a visita do pessoal da manutenção nos informou que nao poderiam executar o servico naquele momento, visto que a unidade estava ocupada e teriamos que ficar sem utilizar o box por no minimo 24 hs.
Como não tinha mais quartos disponíveis, solicitamos um desconto na nossa hospedagem pelo ocorrido transtorno ou uma reacomodacao. Enviamos a mesma mensagem pelo Booking e mais de 1 semana depois, nao obtivemos nehuma resposta.
Hotel bem localizado, instalações muito boas, calefação no quarto e banheiro, chuveiro, televisão e cama ótimos, enfim tem uma boa estrutura e conforto.
Achei que os funcionários no geral não são cordiais e não repassam informações no check-in sobre o funcionamento do hotel, nem mesmo quanto ao elevador, que precisa colocar o cartão. O valor do estacionamento é alto e confuso o acesso ao hotel de carro. O café da manhã tem uma apresentação bonita, mas os alimentos não são saborosos, principalmente os bolos e salgados.
