Hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk agent, Just (or however his name is spelled), working that evening was disgustingly rude, miserable, ignorant, and completely lacking in basic customer service. He claimed he couldn’t find my reservation and told me to cancel through Booking.com and book directly with the hotel. I could have easily done so, but his behavior alone made me refuse to give this hotel my business.

While I was trying to contact Booking.com, he kicked me and my 3-year-old daughter out at 1 a.m. Booking.com later informed me that the hotel had actually cancelled the reservation because they were sold out. His constant interruptions and condescending, hostile attitude were completely unacceptable. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

A great find for a fair price!
Pros:

Everything, but my favorite part was they had a waffle station for breakfast!

Cons:

There were some stains on the walls, but other than that, things were perfect.

I would not stay here again there are much better hotels.
Pros:

The AC in the room was excellent. The location for us was good as it was central to where we wanted to be. The price of the stay was reasonable.

Cons:

They did have breakfast but it was not very good. Eggs were a bit runny for my liking and no other protein was offered. Breakfast was more like a continental breakfast. My room door did not close on its own I had to push it closed when I entered and pull it closed when I left. The pool and hot tub were not very clean with debris floating in the pool. Towels were also not placed in our room we had to call the front desk for them. The front desk said he would not have time to bring up more towels if we needed more and we should just come down to the front desk. The hotel also smelled pretty bad, lt was like a very strong deoderizer in our room and through out the hotel.

It’s a great location! The staff were nice.

Cons:

It was pretty dirty throughout it. The breakfast food was disgusting. The beds were pretty hard as well. It’s seams understaffed.
