Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko głównej drogi. I raczej na tym koniec.

Cons:

Pokoje niestety ciasne, przy 3 osobach, 4 walizkach było niewygodnie. A śniadanie mnie dobiło, jak zawsze jajecznica z proszku, dziwny sos, więc jak już zdecydowałam się na tosty, to niestety masło w lodówce twarde. Nie mogłam się także wymeldować ponieważ nikt nie był obecny na recepcji, czekało już kilku gości. W końcu zostawiłam.karte i wyszłam. Gdybym miała wybierać drugi raz, nie zdecydowałabym się na tą lokalizację.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the guy up front was a little rude. He checked us in and my husband said thank you and goodnight sir and the man didn’t even acknowledge us as we were right in front of him. He didn’t even welcome us in like every other place does. The place was nice but he was rude. We checked in at 10pm so maybe he wasn’t having the best day but still for him to sit there and not even say anything to us after my husband and I said goodnight sir.

Parts were good, head of housekeeping horrible.

The day counter worker was nice and Donna is really nice. The swimming pool is nice. Location is good.

Cons:

Lady in charge of house keeping is awful! There is a paper in the room stating they only clean your room every 3 days unless you request other wise. I was there 2 nights requested our room to be clean and she told me straight out NO. I had my 3 year old granddaughter with me and had spilled crackers and the crumbs got everywhere and a little in the sheets and we needed new ones and she said only if you were staying 3 days I would change the sheets. She yells at her staff in Spanish and belittles them. My mom also stayed in another room for 4 nights and she would not give my mom more towels because she thought it was me and I was checking out that day and I didn't need them, after trying to explain they were not for me she got mad and gave my mom 1 towel. The housekeeping is the biggest reason we stay in a hotel over an Airbnb we are on vacation and don't want to worry about making beds, changing sheets, taking out the trash ect. There is nothing better than getting back to room after doing activities all day and having it cleaned. This hotel did not provide the housekeeping we look forward to while on vacation.

So close to IH Murray! Very clean.

Cons:

The coffee machine didn't work. The was boo ice machine on our floor. The bathtub was scuffed up.

Pros:

Great sleep, great space in the rooms and bathroom. Breakfast had sweet and savory with cold drinks and hot drinks. Water dispenser and ice dispenser ron each floor and vending machines if you want. Jacuzzi great as well! Money well spent.

I stayed back in may 17 to 19th. On the last day of my stay some hotel staff got in to my room and removed all of my bed sheets, pillow cases and towels and weirs enough they didnt even bother leaving a replacement for any of those. When I got to the hotel late night I had to deal with replacing them from the lobby which took another 15 to 20 minutes. When I address my concern and discomfort to hotel manager Khan. He said he will refund last day of my stay which is $93.68 but he want me to call booking.com which where I got my reservation done. I called booking.com and few days later they told me that Khan said they talked to me about it and I was satisfied which is incorrect. I have never made a such statement or I was satisfied. Not only they didnt handled the situation professionally and also lied to booking.com and myself which i didnt appreciated at all. Its such a disgrace to handle your fault like this and definetely not acceptable on my end. I want my refund for the last day immediately as hotel manager Khan said so. And never stay in this place ever again. What a joke!? I am still working on this refund process, calling. booking.com for the 5th time today. What a waste of time.....
