La habitación y el baño lleno de cucarachas vivas y muertas ,pelusas por toda la habitación y al decirlo en recepción se hicieron los locos en repetidas ocasiones y no querían ni ver las imágenes ,uno de los recepcionistas me decía incluso : que si que si,ya me lo dijiste ,y se reía.

A Brescia per lavoro, pensavo di aver scelto un hotel sbagliato ma è meglio di come è descritto
Pros:

ho apprezzato l'aria condizionata in camera al mio arrivo, il rapporto qualità/prezzo in generale è sufficiente. Comodo il parcheggio sotto l'hotel e spiegazioni chiare alla reception al mio arrivo. Comodo avere due cuscini sul letto, uno più morbido e l'altro più duro. Camera pulita.

Cons:

La struttura esternamente è rinnovata, all'interno è un po' datata e in alcuni aspetti lasciata un po' andare. Un peccato avere la doccia con le ante scorrevoli rotte e qualche segno sui muri, che evidentemente devono essere ripitturati. Non ho avuto modo di vedere la piscina sul tetto e dunque non posso commentare. Colazione scarna ma veramente economica.

Wir sind fast schon Dauergäste.Das Hotel liegt für uns verkehrstechnisch günstig und besitzt eigenen Parkplatz plus Garage. Wunderbar ist natürlich der Pool. Und das Abendessen im indischen Restaurant war wieder hervorragend

Praktisch, unkompliziert.
Pros:

Freundliche Leute, wohltuender Pool auf Dach, einfach, angenehm. Stadtzentrum gut erreichbar. Wir gingen mit dem Rad hin.

Frühstück günstig, dafür sehr einfach.

It is hard to say. Maybe the airco in a heat wave moment. But for the rest not much.

Here I can let myself roll: the cleanliness was very basic, the hotel was maybe once upon a time "regal" but now nothing was as it looked in the pictures. The rooftop swimmingpool was warm, not much circulating and not at all clean either the water where there were plenty of hair floating or the floor of the roof which was barely cleaned. The plants were a ode to survival as they tried to stay alive in a drought. Then the rooms with this "kitchen" which was a sad closet with a list of things present as "facilities" but the only thing that came out of that was a foul smell of sewer which we still don't know whether it came from there really or from the airco conducts. The bathroom was so tiny that if you would be taking a bidè and your partner would decide to come in they could kill you. The water was full of calk and I had to give bottle water to my dog as I didn't dare. They did not provide trash bins in the room and the WiFi did not work. Enough?
