C’était parfait!
Pros:

Nous y avons été uniquement pour une nuit, considérant nos horaires quelque peu chargés. Nous avions besoin de nous évader dans un endroit qui nous ferait oublier temporairement notre vie de fou, et nous avons été agréablement bien servis et accueillis durant ces 24 heures.

Le personnel est très courtois et tout était parfait.

Je dois surtout nommer la réceptionniste aux cheveux bruns, avec une coupe courte. Elle était une soie! Dès nos premières secondes à notre arrivée, elle nous a accueillis avec son plus beau sourire, une grande attention et un accueil remarquable.

Merci pour tout! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. ❤️

room was beautiful and large , pool
was heated and the hot tub was nice . great location

Cons:

Bar charged 70 dollars for a double whiskey without telling us how much it was , 35 a shot is shocking to me we refused the drink but the manager did not know how to refund us for the transaction !!! still waiting for a refund of drink we never received

L'hôtel Westin Tremblant offre un service à la clientèle cinq étoiles.
Pros:

L'équipe a fait preuve d'une grande diligence et d'une orientation client totale, assurant une prise en charge rapide et efficace dès l'arrivée. Les meilleurs restaurants du village piétonnier sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied.

Cons:

La propreté de notre chambre laissait à désirer. Par contre, le problème a été rapidement résolu; ils nous ont envoyé une autre équipe d'entretien et la chambre a été nettoyée impeccablement.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht, Sauberkeit war mangelhaft
Pros:

Das Zusatzbett war nur ein Sofa, das wir auf Nachfrage selbst ausklappen und bereiten mussten - bei dem Zimmerpreis nicht passend. Zudem waren überall Haare und Krümel von vorherigen Gästen.
Es gab nur dünne Decken, nachts war es kühl

Cons:

wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht aber laut Hotel sollte das ein Fehler von Booking.com sein, uns wurde nicht geholfen eine Lösung zu finden - entweder man zahlt den extrem hohen Restaurant Preis oder man hat Pech

Auf das Auto mussten wir 2x ewig warten (15 min) es ist ein Valetservice den man extra aufzahlt, bekommt dafür aber Wartezeit --- finden wir nicht so gut

der Pool war schön zum ansehen aber sehr dreckiges Wasser
