Ottima posizione, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e spaziosa, la spa da provare

Cons:

Unica pecca l'orario della colazione: trattandosi di località di montagna, aprire alle 7.30 è tardi per chi vuole partire per delle escursioni come noi.

Pros:

Pulizia delle camere, colazione superlativa, accoglienza e gentilezza del personale eccezionale. Posto strategico per parcheggiare e muoversi a piedi.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto tranne il fatto che post temporale abbiamo avuto acqua sporca nelle condutture del bagno senza la possibilità di utilizzare doccia e lavandino per l’acqua marrone.

La struttura gode di una splendida vista e la colazione è stata buona e varia. Un plauso anche alle addette alle pulizie, sempre sorridenti, disponibili e molto gentili.

Cons:

Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata penalizzata dall’accoglienza. All’arrivo la camera non era pronta e ci è stato semplicemente detto di entrare comunque e aspettare che venisse terminata, senza scuse, senza una tempistica e senza alcuna attenzione nei confronti del cliente. È un peccato, perché basterebbe davvero poco per migliorare l’esperienza: una comunicazione più chiara, un po’ di cortesia e una gestione più professionale da parte della reception farebbero una grande differenza.

Ruhige Lage, dennoch recht nah am Städtchen. Nette Einrichtung, mit Safe und Kühlschrank. Großer Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Zum Frühstück hätte es gerne frischen Saft geben dürfen, nicht dieses künstliche Zeugs.
