We we enjoey the large suit , very much extra large bed, private, straight beside swimminpool, beautiful breakfast just little distance away from city centre, sauna steam room swimminpool entertainment on both nights during the week

The hotel is in a great location.
Breakfast options are comprehensive with lots of staff milling about to help.
Our bathroom was dilapidated and in need of refurbishment. The front entrance of the hotel is gorgeous but the bedrooms and the bathrooms are tired. Our bath leaked - the service guy was on to it straightaway but the bath screen just wasn't wide enough to hold back all the shower water.
Its a charming hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff are completely lovely people.
There was nothing at all to dislike.

Nice location walking distance of the town big Bar area food was tasty and lovely grounds.
Very little definitely would stay there again but just happen to be over the room where there was a wedding on so that made it a bit noisy but I did say that reception when I was checking out and they took give me a discount which was very good gesture
We had a great time at the Westport Woods. We booked the dinner bed and breakfast package for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and the hotel has a good ambiance about it with a mixture of experienced staff and newbies . The breakfast was very good and on the first night the evening meal was excellent but alas on night 2 we had the Indian Curry which had 2 full peppers cut up with a spoonful of rice, a small bit of sauce and 1 popadom, I left most of it as I loathe peppers, I didn’t complain as I didn’t like hassle! The chowder was on the cool side but tasted good and the cheesecake was good too! All in all the experience was good with only one piece of advice. Stay away from the curry!
The food at the dinner was very poor, for the price . Overcooked beef and spaghetti bolognese was horrible. The whole place needs a serious update as the windows are dirty , carpets are dirty. No shampoo or conditioner in leisure centre and leisure centre is quite dirty . Staff were nice and location was great. Very obvious that the restaurant and bar are understaffed as everyone had to wait ages to be served in bar . Pity as the place has such potential

Our room was very dusty lots of dust on the phone and light above phone dirt on net curtains also carpet badly stained ,mirror in room dusty 😢
I had the most wonderful experience with Patricia in The Spa. She is truly gifted. I had the best massage. It was so good I had to go back the next day for a seaweed bath. It was pure heaven. If it wasn't so far away I would be going to the spa and Patricia on a regular basis.
We also used the pool. It was just lovely. We found it very relaxing and comfortable.
