Todo bonito y lo limpio y comodo que estaban las instalaciones

Cons:

Que todo lo monetizan , como llegue unos minutos antes del check-in para pasar a las instalaciones tenia que pagar extra al igual que el check-out , para poder estar en l I'mas instalaciones tenias que realizar un pago extra.

I liked that everything was super clean and most staff members were nice and very helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the people at the front desk were never or didn’t seem to have the idea of service, every time you’d ask something was an issue and they couldn’t help with nothing

Si quiere ir cerca de Santo Domingo está bien!

Me gustó que está muy cerca de Santo Domingo, está a menos de una hora de la capital y a como 25 minutos del aeropuerto de las Americas. El equipo de animación es Excelente 🙌🏽🫶🏽

Cons:

Los baños de las habitaciones están en malas condiciones y la platform está oxidado y tiene mucha humedad. Las habitaciones eran amplias pero tienen mucha humedad. A pesar de que llegamos a las 8 de la noche, una de nuestras habitaciones no tenía electricidad, dijeron que nos iban a cambiar. Pero en realidad nos dieron la misma habitación y la entregaron después de las 10:00pm

Work trips stay only
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the hotel was secure. The hotel has a bus that takes us to The public beach daily and the beach was good.

Cons:

Check in was facilitated late. We got our keys 3:30pm after sitting around from 2 pm. No compensation and no offering for us to use facility prior to check in. Limited snack offering, limited bar offering, repetitive buffet offering daily and the dining room is small and dreary. They close off pool area for private function during dinner time. In addition the private function food was better as we accidentally crash their function.The rooms were not refreshed with adequate towels and wash rag. Had to request these and it took 3 hrs to arrive. The furniture is ugly. The TV size is small with limited cable channels. The bed linens needs to be dumped they are old and not fresh. The bath towels are old, rough and discolored. The shower had limescale and mold built up. My door lock malfunction and locked me out for half hour. They had to change the lock. Again no compensation or apology. Little to no entertainment. Perfect for work conference only. Not suited for vacation
