As instalações do hotel são bonitas, o quarto era confortável e a localização é boa. Infelizmente, esses pontos positivos foram completamente ofuscados pelas falhas no atendimento e pela experiência durante a hospedagem

Cons:

A hospedagem foi decepcionante do início ao fim. Informamos previamente que meus pais estavam em noite de núpcias e que meu pai enfrenta um câncer grave, mas não houve qualquer acolhimento ou atenção da equipe. Na recepção, meus pais passaram por um constrangimento desnecessário para resolver uma questão da reserva que poderia ter sido tratada diretamente comigo, responsável pela contratação. O serviço de quarto também deixou muito a desejar: a pizza tinha massa seca, pouco recheio e uma apresentação muito simples. A sobremesa igualmente era básica e sem qualquer cuidado na apresentação, incompatível com o padrão esperado de um hotel cinco estrelas. Além disso, enviaram apenas um prato e um jogo de talheres para um casal. O mais frustrante foi a ausência de qualquer iniciativa para reparar os erros durante a estadia.
