It was awful!
Pros:

The only thing I like about the hotel is that it’s close to the airport .

Cons:

Don’t even know where to start.
The front of the hotel looked really good, but that all changed once you entered the hotel lobby. The hotel looked really old, smelled really old. Carpet had stained everywhere, the rooms smelled bad. My daughter and mine pillows smelled really bad, I had to go to the front desk to asked for new pillows. I had connected room with my other children, my son freaked out as the water was brown when he turned on the tap to wash his hands. The beds were rock solid. We would have left the hotel that night, but unfortunately there were no more bus running back to Tokyo. Had to spent the night, left the next morning even though I had booked for 2 nights. We did give their breakfast a try hoping it would make up for the facility, but it didn’t get any better. Some of food were basically gone, no refill and what was left were either cold and tasted bad.
I felt misled based on the pictures shown and the reviews this hotel received.
The pictures needed to be updated to reflect the current condition of the hotel.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Airport shuttle service was great. It was easy to find. Hotel staff were very friendly upon our arrival. Our rooms were wonderful. I hope to stay there again someday.

本当に子供に優しいと思います。プールや温泉の利用条件についても寛容で、チェックアウトも11時。慌てずに準備でき、親も助かる。また利用します。

部屋が臭い
枕が汗臭い
コンセントが少ない　部屋の照明等でほとんどが利用不可
水回りの錆が目立ちます　排水の音が大きい
エアコンの温度設定が出来ない
隣接する入浴施設の細かな設備（シャワーヘッド）や備品などをもう少しレベルアップした方が
いい　お得感を感じない
次の宿泊はないです

Assez loin de l’aéroport mais il y a une navette donc bon ok…. Lit tout petit et pas confortable. Hôtel vieux. Piscine extérieur disponible que jusqu’à 17h. Piscine intérieur glacée .. salon de massage fermé alors que pas annoncé sur le site et ils font un partenariat avec une structure à côté de l’hôtel qui est plus fait pour les locaux que les gens de l’hôtel…

残念
Cons:

プール室内室外共に水温が23度で子供は入って僅か5分で震え出して唇が紫になりました。母も夜太ももまで痙攣を起こしてまともに眠れませんでした。私は全く入れませんでした。プールに期待しただけに誠に残念でした。こんな冷たいお水のホテルは今まで見た事が無く、入るのがまさに罰ゲームの様でした。いくらサウナがあったとしてもこの冷たさは危険です。プールに入ってた方は少なく皆様寒いと言いながらプールサイドに座っていました。プールを目当てに行かれる方は絶対にやめた方がいいと思います。また、大浴場も含めて施設の老朽化が酷く二度と行きません。

I liked everything. From the staff who are all friendly and easy to talk to, the complimentary shuttle bus, the facilities, pool sauna hot spring and the kids playroom.

Cons:

The only thing that I don't like about our stay is that the aircon in our room is not that cold.

Nice hotel a decent price - great overall sleep and good value for money
Pros:

Hotel is very close to Narita Airport, perfect if you’re catching a flight the following day - and offer a free airport shuttle at various times during the day.
Prices were decent and included a free buffet breakfast which was really good on the quality and variety of food.
Hotel also offers free transport to and from Tokyo central and Narita town - but as we arrived around 5pm we decided not to go anywhere.

Cons:

Most of the facilities were closed for maintenance.
Indoor pool was closed as well as the pool table, so pretty much we had nothing to do after arriving.
There’re no a lot of options around if you don’t have a car and don’t want to eat at the hotel (which was our case!) so we ended up at a local Lawson for the usual take away options
