Most enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros:

Their bus service to/from Narita Airport and to / from Aeon Mall. Their laundry facilities. Their friendly, helpful staff. Their beautiful grounds. Their location. Their room cleaning / maid service.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, free shuttle to the airport, free access to a great spa or a pool, great breakfast. So even though the room was on the ground floor, and a bit outdated, the overall experience was much much better than anticipated. Really recommend!

Bel hôtel à proximité de l’aéroport
Pros:

Les chambres étaient grandes et bien équipées.
Les piscines, le sauna, la mise à disposition des serviettes pour la piscine ou la salle de sport étaient très bien. La salle de sport est petite mais bien équipée.
La navette gratuite pour aller à l’aéroport et en ville.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Cons:

L’odeur de cigarette lorsqu’on entre dans la chambre.
L’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais reste un bel établissement.

Absolutely horrendous!

It was disappointing. The images you have on booking.com are no longer relevant. The pool was empty and surrounded by unkempt landscaping, mould and dirt. Everything was old and run down. The day spa water fountains were empty and full of slime and mould, clearly not been working in years. Beds were like sleeping on concrete and air conditioner didn’t work. You should be ashamed of yourself for advertising this place as a luxury resort!
