El personal de recepción súper antipático, la única persona cálida fue la del restaurante. Hasta mi carro me lo rayaron en el parqueo. Dejé mi cargador del teléfono y estoy segura que quedó conectado y no quisieron devolverlo
The bathroom. The toilet was too low which made it difficult to stand up from. The shower head was too low. I had to bend down to wet my face and hair.
I was not pleased with the facility when I arrived in my room. The pictures on the website is very misleading. I was booked for 3 nights but I did not feel comfortable staying there. I asked about a refund for the days I was not there and the guy on the phone Paul was very rude before he heard me out. I would like a refund but going forward I will never book with this hotel anywhere. Very disappointed that I had to he out at night looking for a better place to stay. This was my first work trip traveling alone and the hotel was very disappointing. I was never rude to the staff there. I politely left.
The location was perfect to the Broadway at the beach and the 2 restaurants next door.
The rooms were outdated especially the bathroom with the low sink and toilet. Bathroom needed major recalling around the trim, tub and sink. Had to be moved initially because of a horrible mildew smell in the room. Room had no phone for contacting the front desk or other rooms and was not given a replacement.
I love the room it was comfortable very nice
The breakfast could have been a little better
Television had problems. Had to call front desk twice. Phone was not working. There was a bloodstain on cover of made bed, hair was left in bathtub.

It smelled and was not as nice as depicted and when I canceled my booking they said go through booking and booking said that this hotel didn't wanna respond to them so im out 2-300 bucks for somewhere I didn't stay and couldn't get the courtesy of a response
The property needs some updating. Staff was professional , the breakfast did not meet standards expected. Juice machine broken, no tea available. Location is perfect for a great visit, easy access to beach and events,
