Pros:

Wanda at thecfront desk is an amazing person. Love her. I have stayed at this location many times. ALWAYS glad to see her.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner at entrance ways. Lots of random trash.

Could Stay again, after close inspection...
Pros:

I loved the location and atmosphere . It was next door to a pizza restaurant and a barbecue/seafood restaurant. Within walking distance of a shopping center ( Target, Ross, TJMax, Dollar Tree) and the boardwalk. 6-8 minutes from a Walmart. It was not overcrowded, staff was really nice.

Cons:

We discovered that the linen on the bed was dirty. It had a fresh lipstick print on it and a bunch of crumbs and food that we knew didn't come from us had been covered up with a fitted sheet the morning we had to check out. The swimming pool was gross and had not been cleaned. It had a bunch of hair weave, bugs, leaves and paper in and around the pool. The powdered eggs, and porky tasting sausage were gross. The waffles were okay. Other than that, we were good.

Very Pleasant
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Hotel could use some updating. Some areas looked tired. One elevator was out of use. There was a lack of outlets near the bed. Had to unplug the clock by the bed in order to plug in my breathing machine.

Breakfast was good, pet friendly, great location

Cons:

Room cleanliness, very unsatisfactory, looked like it wasn't even cleaned from the last guests, pillows had debris on the pillow cases, floors were very dirty, tub was dirty, ceiling over the tub was peeling.
