Pleasant.
Pros:

The property is very convenient if you want to be close to the restaurants and shops at the waterfront in CapeTown and for getting to some of the central sights.

Cons:

It’s very noisy as night because of the waterfront being right there and with people walking past at all hours of the day and till late at night. If you have carpeted bedrooms provide slippers and when guests ask for slippers two nights in a row with the promise of them being delivered immediately - do so!!! Stayed 5 nights and still waiting for the slippers and the porter who never came to collect my suitcases.

Best location on the Waterfront and brilliant view of Table Mountain from the room!
Pros:

The most ideal location on the Cape Town Waterfront, and we had a stunning view of Table Mountain from our room. The breakfast at the hotel is exceptional.

Cons:

Hotel transfer was expensive. Had contacted staff via email regarding service. Did not respond to my queries. Arrived at Cape Town and was provided with an expensive ride to hotel.

Perfect stay in a perfect location
Pros:

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the waterfront. Amazing staff, amazing food and an all round amazing experience. Thank you to everyone for such an amazing stay.
