Pros:

The hotel was clean and modern. The area felt safe and was well lit outside at night.

Cons:

Not much room to place our toiletry bags in the bathroom when getting ready in the morning. There were 3 desk clerks when I walked in to check in. All three were busy. 2 of them finished with their guests and neither of them acknowledged me or let me know they would be right with me. The third clerk finished with her guest and asked if she could help me. I think her name was Lashonda. I thought it rude that the other two wouldn’t at least acknowledge me.
