I loved the convenience of being just steps away from the airport. Way to go Sheraton!
In room 3012, the wall next to the bed had a design which looked surprisingly like mold. I had an early morning flight and a very loud fire alarm woke me up around 9:30pm. People rushed out of their rooms to evacuate. The alarm went off a second time but did not last as long as the first. No explanation was given. The coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine was empty in the morning and the machine that dispensed flavored drinks in the afternoon had only water.

Nous sommes allés à l’accueil mais il y avait vraiment beaucoup de monde dans le hall
Nous avons attendu longtemps, ils l’ont réinitialisé quand j’ai voulu prendre l’ascenseur, ma carte ne fonctionnait toujours pas
Il ne comprenait pas pourquoi ?
Enfin, nous sommes montés, très compliqué pour trouver le sommeil
le lendemain matin, on nous a laissé partir sans un mot d’excuse et une explication nous sommes très déçus
Nous souhaiterions avoir une compensation, un geste commercial ou tout simplement remboursement de notre chambre

The proximity to the airport makes the early flight much easier. Breakfast and food at the hotel was excellent.
We have stayed here multiple times in the past couple of years. This would have to be the most convenient hotel to the Brussels Airport check in. Particularly handy for early flights and made it much easier to get our oversized sporting goods luggage to the flight check in.
Not the cheapest hotel in the area however being the only hotel in the airport grounds makes up for not having to work out a taxi or shuttle. Staff were friendly and helpful as always
A few areas of wear and tear can be noticed in the carpets, bathroom fitting etc if you look hard enough. Nothing major and everything works.
I believe a renovation is due to begin later this year
