Disappointing
Pros:

Just the location. It was convenient because I had an international flight leaving at 5 am.

Cons:

I recently stayed at Sheraton Brussels from April 24 to April 26. At check-in, I made an initial deposit of €100 on my credit card as a guarantee, although my stay had already been paid in advance.

I returned home for a month now, and the deposit has not yet been refunded to my credit card. In addition to that, the hotel no longer answers my queries on when (and if) the refund will take place.

Pros:

De ligging ! Op zaventem airport zelf. Ideale overnachtingsplek als je de volgende dag een vroege vlucht moet nemen. No Stress !

Cons:

De kamers worden/zijn afgeleefd en hebben dringend een refurbisch actie nodig, anders gaat het naar ernstig verzuim van onderhoud.

Het brandalarm ging af in het midden van de nacht, met evacuatie tot gevolg, wat an sich kan gebeuren. Maar het personeel was duidelijk niet - of niet voldoende - getraind voor zo'n situaties.
