I was staying at this hotel and was already having a great trip when I was picked up from the airport by somebody named Brian. I could immediately tell I would like him because he was very well spoken and super nice. We had a great ride and talked about many things in chiang mai and was very talkative and kind. After the ride we said our goodbyes and had great service up to the room. Every-time I saw Brian he brightened my day and made me super happy. Ive never had a connection like that to somebody on vacation. He is so kind and nice and truly made my experience in Chiang Mai 100x better! I was sad that I could not say goodbye one last time, but I love Brian and hope he can continue making peoples experiences better just like he made mine!

We had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental Chiang Mai in June 2026, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.
The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. But what really made our stay so memorable was the people. Every single staff member we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive.
A special thank you to Khun Piyaa for being so helpful with our reservation. Khun Mike and his team made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Every morning, Khun Ying and Khun Minnie welcomed us at breakfast with the warmest smiles and even remembered us, which made us feel so at home.
Our favorite place was definitely the pool. That's where we met Khun Cris, who always greeted us with a smile, fresh towels, cold water, and great conversations. Those little interactions really made our afternoons special.
We'd also like to thank Khun Bryan and the bell team for making both our arrival and departure feel so welcoming. There are many other staff members whose names we unfortunately didn't catch, but every single person we interacted with was wonderful.
We'll be back in December with our friends and family for our wedding, and we honestly can't wait to introduce them to InterContinental Chiang Mai. We're sure they'll love it just as much as we do. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special. We're already looking forward to coming back!

We just checked out today after a wonderful 5-night stay at the **InterContinental Chiang Mai Mae Ping**.
The hotel is fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was incredibly rich, diverse, and delicious. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to a staff member named **Cris**, whom we met at the pool area. Cris is a true professional with an incredibly high standard of service. He is friendly, attentive, and above all, a genuinely good and kind-hearted person. He took such great care of us, and it is largely thanks to him and his amazing attitude that we will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!
