Brian was extremely hospitable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had only stopped in for a cocktail, but he warmly greeted us and invited us to relax at the pool bar while we waited for our table at the rooftop bar. His friendly attitude and excellent service made us feel like valued guests from the start. I highly recommend stopping by—you’ll be well taken care of!

A Wonderful Return After 20 YearsI haven’t been to Chiang Mai in almost 20 years, and I am so happy to see that the city is still as lovely and charming as I remembered. This time, I came with the specific intention of experiencing the highly-reputed Club InterContinental, and it absolutely did not disappoint.

Exceptional Hospitality From Step One (10/10)The impeccable hospitality began the very moment we stepped foot into the hotel. Even though standard check-in is typically in the afternoon, the staff went out of their way to arrange and prepare our room for us early in the morning. Every single employee greeted us with genuine warmth and smiles.

A special thank you to the Club Lounge team—their attentiveness, ability to remember personal preferences, and proactive care made us feel incredibly valued throughout our stay.Stunning Rooms & AmbienceThe room itself was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and offered a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel's decor is beautiful, perfectly blending modern luxury with the local, cultural vibe of Chiang Mai. It feels like a peaceful, green oasis right in the city center.

We had a fantastic dinner at Hong Sky, and a huge part of that was thanks to Khun Top. He took such great care of us with a warm smile and top-notch service. Thank you!

We had such a lovely stay at InterContinental Chiang Mai and honestly didn’t want to leave.

The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The grounds and design are stunning and it felt like a little oasis away from the busy city.

What really made our stay though was the staff. Every single person we met was so warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. From the moment we arrived, the door staff and concierge always greeted us with big smiles and made us feel so well looked after.

A special shoutout to the breakfast team, who truly made our stay extra memorable. The breakfast spread was huge with plenty of both local and international options so there was always something to look forward to each morning. What impressed us most was the personal touch, after just one breakfast the staff remembered our room number, which may seem like a small thing but really made us feel special.
Receiving a handwritten welcome and farewell note from the team was also such a thoughtful gesture and something we genuinely didn’t expect. It’s little touches like these that make a hotel stay feel so much more personal.

Thank you to everyone at InterContinental Chiang Mai for making our trip so great. The hotel is beautiful but it’s the people who work here that truly make it special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. ❤️

Beyond the Club team, I have also been wonderfully taken care of by Khun Fai at the Front Desk, Khun Sak, Khun Brian, Khun Top, Khun Guy from the Bell Team, and Khun Tasha, who always looks after me so well during every meal. I would also like to thank Khun Aom from Hong's Chinese Restaurant for the excellent service during lunch, as well as the outstanding Housekeeping team for keeping my room impeccably clean throughout my stay.

I have visited this hotel countless times, and it truly feels like my second home. This visit was also a birthday celebration, and Khun Toy thoughtfully created a special birthday drink just for me. It was such a meaningful gesture that made my celebration even more memorable.

Every time I stay here, I leave with wonderful memories. Thank you to everyone for your kindness, genuine care, and exceptional hospitality. I always look forward to coming back home.
