Pros:

Vriendelijke bediening, kamers werden elke dag schoon gemaakt.
Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet met zoet hartig,koffie thee verse sap, voor iedereen wat lekkers.
Zwembad werd goed onderhouden, open vanaf 10 uur.
Top locatie, wij hadden een kamer met zicht op de achterkant, kleine zicht op de etna.
10 heerlijke dagen gehad.
Personeel helpt je met alles wat nodig is.

Für Sizilien soweit gut.
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich.
Essen im Restaurant sehr gut.
Reinigung unseres Zimmers extrem gut.

Cons:

Liegt direkt an der 4-spurigen Straße.
Entfernung zu Fuß in das touristische Zentrum mit fast 50 Minuten schon eher weit.

Truffa di 42 euro con il taxi chiamato dall'Hotel

Gentilezza e ricerca di risolvere problemi di rumori dell'area condizionata nelle stanze (motori vecchio o nuovi con rumore di condensa)

Cons:

Che mi hanno chiamato un taxi e mi hanno indicato di prenderlo al suo arrivo, sebbene tale taxi non ha applicato la quota pattuita di 25 euro (mi ha preso 42euro) e non mi ha voluto dare né ricevuta né fattura successiva (nonostante la mia insistenza alla stessa reception dell'Hotel Nettuno che la fattura era un requisito indispensabile). Non potrò avere il rimborso dei 42 euro da parte della mia ditta e oltretutto, indicato il problema all'Hotel e reclamato un rimborso per -evidente- sua responsabilità con l'accaduto, non ho più avuto risposta. Quindi al prezzo dell'Hotel devo aggiungere quello di 42 euro della truffa del taxista che è stato chiamato dallo stesso Hotel.

Pros:

Bardzo dobre sniadania. Jajecznica z jajek- nie z proszku. Bardzo smaczne wedliny i pieczywo cukiernicze palce lizać. Personel bardzo uczynny i dobrze znajacy angielski. Ogrodzony parking przed hotelem. Za plotem dobry supermarket. Gastronomia nastawiona na okolicznych klientow.

Cons:

Pokoje w wersji classic sa z widokiem na supermarket. Czysto i schludnie ale widac ze remont byl tam kilkanascie lat temu. Kabina prysznicowa klaustofobiczna nawet dla 1 osoby. Polecam wiec doplacic.

Personalas geranoriškas, viešbučiui reikalingas remontas, patekimo prie jūros nėra
Pros:

Mūsų buvo užsakytas standartinis kambarys, mums pakeitė į kambarį su vaizdu į jūrą, nes buvome nusiminę, atvykus gegužės 30 d. dar nebuvo pastatytas pontonas nusileidimui prie jūros, kaip ir matoma viešbučio nuotraukose ir dėl kurio daugiausia ir pasirinkome paskutines 3 naktis likti šiame viešbutyje, bei leisti laiką prie jūros. Paskutinę dieną išsiregistravus mums buvo leista palikti automobilį teritorijoje dar kelias val. Kambariai tvarkomi gerai, švaru viešbučio teritorijoje, lovos patogios.

Cons:

Atvykus gegužės 30 d. vis dar nebuvo pastatytas pontonas, tad patekti prie jūros nebuvo galimybių, didžiuliai juodi akmenys, be jokio priėjimo, o baseine buvo triukšminga nuo šalia esančios gatvės. Mokamas parkavimas viešbučio teritorijoje 15 eur/para. Greta viešbučio triukšmingas vakarais atrakcionų parkas, iš kitos pusės judri 4 juostų gatvė ir kuri visai šalia baseino, tad girdisi motoroleriai ir automobilių važiavimas. Viešbutis gana senas, santechnika ir baldai nudėvėti. Kambaryje buvo labai karšta, lauke tuo metu buvo apie +29, nesireguliavo kondicionierius, du kartus sakėme kambarį tvarkančiam personalui, tačiau niekas nepasikeitė. Už viešbučio ribų gyvenamieji daugiabučiai, promenada su neįtikėtinu kiekiu šiukšlių, pasivaikščioti nebuvo kur, prie jūros važiuodavome per visą Kataniją apie 40 min., iki miesto centro apie 2-3 km, atostogoms šio viešbučio nesirinktume, galbūt darbo reikalais ar pan, bet ir, tai turbūt ne...
