Cons:

El desayuno no era bueno. Muy pocas opciones, y no estaba rico.

La piscina estaba en mantenimiento, y yo reservé ese hotel exclusivamente por la piscina. Entonces fue bastante decepcionante no poder usarla.

I didn’t enjoy this stay but mostly because it fell below my expectations.
Pros:

The location is great and the staff are helpful and attentive. I also like the refreshing flavoured water available daily.

Cons:

The rooms were much smaller than I had expected and so were the beds. We were eventually given a slightly bigger room and beds after noting our dissatisfaction but it was still just not what I had expected in terms of quality. The ACs seem to need some cleaning/ servicing. The view from the windows were nicer on the higher floors. All I could see on the lower floors is bird poop on the AC extractor thing. The pool area was very gross. I kept smelling pet pee and the tiles in the pool are breaking away. Plus it just felt like it was not clean. That pool really needs some TLC.

We were able to have breakfast on the go.
The place was queit most of the time.

While there have corindor lights on the path, the place looks too dark

No vuelvo a hospedarme allí nuevamente lastimosamente

El jacuzzi es lo único rescatable ya que estaba limpio y con buen funcionamiento.

Cons:

Pésima atención al huésped, nada amigables a la hora del check in, no fueron empáticos a la hora de atender la llegada ya que estaba lloviendo y llevaba una niña y mi madre que es tercera edad, el desayuno estaba lleno de cabellos y se le tuvo que hacer de conocimiento la situación a una de las meseras del restaurante. No hay ninguna amenidad ni cafetera ni mini nevera ni nada de cortesía. NADA
