No Recomiendo este Hotel RIANDE URBAN.

El hotel, las instalaciones todo bien

Cons:

Tuve una perdida de una billetera, nunca me mostraron las grabaciones eso fue Domingo, y hasta el Miércoles reportan aparece la billetera solo con los documentos y se quedaron con el Dinero prácticamente un Robo, siempre se negaron a enseñar los Videos, un hotel de buena calidad las cámaras no estaban grabando, y el hotel no es tan grande y me dicen la billetera la Encuentran 4 días después en la piscina osea Ninguna cartera aguanta 4 dias metida en Agua por que se daña. Ahi son unos Ladrones

Recomendable pero..
Pros:

La ubicación y las prestaciones del hotel en general fueron lo mas destacable, tranquilamente te puedes quedar el día entero en el hotel sin necesidad de salir.
Las habitaciones son cómodas, funcionales pero justas de tamaño.

Cons:

Al ingresar al hotel, quien nos atendió no tuvo la mejor de las predisposiciones, ni siquiera nos brindo información acerca del hotel ni nos guió por donde ir a la habitación.
Y el último día de nuestra estancia el desayuno fue de lo peor, no habían muchos alimentos ni tazas! La atención fue decepcionante, suponemos que fue por un mayor número de huéspedes pero deberían estar preparados para ello, al final de cuentas el huésped la pasa mal.
